Echelon Development was established in 2011 and merged knowledge and experience with Service First Remodeling that was established in 2006. Together we became Echelon Property Management, which has increased revenue and lowered long-term maintenance costs to help maximize the return on our clients' investments.

Never fixed anything and when we moved out they took our entire deposit stating they had to replace blinds and cleaning. I had it professionally cleaned and we bought all new blinds for the entire house among other things. The house was a filthy mess when we moved in and when we left it was spotless.

I had a great experience with Echelon Property Management! I had a couple of special maintenance request and an emergency water issue and each time the issues were taken care of without hesitation. Kevin and the other members I worked with made my living quarters pleasant time in Leavenworth. Thanks for your professionalism and awesome customer service!

I have rented from Echelon properties for several years now and it has been a positive experience. It is nice renting from a company who truly cares. The staff has always been friendly and respectful. Any rare minor issues I have had have been attended to promptly. I was really disappointed with the extremely rude lady today. She was not professional, I was looking into properties available for rent with cash in hand. I asked to speak to the owner directly as I like to know who I'm dealing with I don't like going through receptionists and everything else because they don't know anything about the property and again they're highly uneducated about the services they provide,they just answer phones and email and place signs.That's why I would like to speak to the owner involved, so that way I can know more about the property and ask more personal direct questions

We haven’t been renting through Echelon for long, but we are so happy with them so far! The Echelon team has been very responsive throughout the whole process - from the initial viewing of the home to getting maintenance issues taken care of quickly.
I definitely recommend renting from Echelon. :)
Update: We have been with Echelon for about a year now and it has been great! All staff members we have interacted with have been pleasant, and when we put in a work order, Echelon is quick to get it resolved. Happy we ended up renting from Echelon!

Echelon Property Management has been handing my property in Leavenworth for almost a year. Not only are they responsive and professional, I feel informed every step of the way. Recently they eliminated all worry and concern when my property turned over to a new renter. They quickly cleaned and upgraded the property while interviewing potential renters. They do it all; and they do it well. I highly recommend Echelon Property Management especially if you are an out-of-town property owner as I am.
