We offer unassigned/open paved lot parking, assigned carport parking available for $25 per month. If a package is delivered, will it be held at the leasing office or is there a package locker service on the property?. Packages are delivered to the resident door unless specifically addressed to the leasing office address with associated apartment number.

Ten Thousand Perfect better!
When I first moved into my apartment a few months ago, needless to say, I wasn't happy. I wasn't happy with the apartment, the neighbors, or the location. Caitlin Beard created a Thanksgiving miracle and I was allowed to move into a renovated unit that was quieter, easier to access, on the top floor, had updated amenities AND gave me better cell service! HUGE improvement! This is my state of happiness -- and it is good. :)

Our move in process was smooth, Amanda was super nice and explained everything.
The apartment is nice. The only thing I'd say is the floor plans are misleading. Usually when there is no washer/dryer provided by the apartment complex it'll say "hookups" or "in select units". This wasn't the case here, we were told we have to buy our own when we realized we didn't have one. Same situation with the "built in microwaves", but luckily we have our own. The cabinets are a bit outdated and look chipped, everything else looks great! The patio and rooms are pretty spacious. Just a few days in and we like

The apartment is really enjoyable to stay in, I had recently moved in & I have no complaints. The leasing office team is really friendly. The community is very peaceful. The maintenance was great, I had no trouble at all. The staff team is always so helpful. Overall 10/10 & would definitely recommend to everyone.

Disappointed in the misleading floor layout..the ratios seems to be off. Thus, some things are just inconvenient: the dishwasher and fridge cannot be opened at the same time, the pantry (which has no light) is the smallest width pantry I've ever seen (if you're plus size this is not the pantry for you), and the door NEVER stays open due to the doors to the washer & dryer. So digging through the pantry is super annoying and frustrating. There are light switches in every room, however, only lights available in the bathroom and kitchen... So bring your own floor lamps and lamps. I would LOVE to see

I recently moved into these apartments and so far I am very pleased. Yes, the apartments are older but they have updated options. The rooms are very spacious. I love my large, private deck and so far it is very quiet compared to other apartments I have lived in. The staff are kind and do not micro manage and get into your personal business. Taisha in the office is super sweet and efficient, we highly recommend her.

I moved here a few days ago. Overall, the experience was a very positive one. Only a few minor concerns about things in my apartment, but I've let maintenance know and one of them has already been resolved. The staff here are SUPER helpful and open to any questions you have. I think I'm going to like it here.

Pretty clean dog park and area. Haven’t run into any major problems with utilities or appliances not working. Front office staff is nice and helpful! Always fun events to look attend or look forward to including food trucks at least once a month! Maintenance is also very fast. My requests are usually taken care of the day of or the day after. They may be a tad overpriced but overall still a good place to live. The washer/dryer in the bedroom makes it worth it!

The Reserve at Barry is a tolerable place to live. However, the management is horrendous and frequently disrespect the residents and their wishes. Noise concerns are rarely handled with in a timely manner, and there is very poor communication between management and residents concerning corrections. I, personally, have received significant disrespect from the management.

My fiancé and I just moved in this week and we love it! The staff has been amazing and very helpful and everyone is super friendly! Caitlin helped us through our move in process and she was amazing and answered all our questions very quickly! We have loved our experience so far and our new apartment!

Absolutely do not rent here! Horrible maintenance and management. The only good reviews are from the staff on this property. We have had flooding in our apartment for 3 weeks as well as electrical issues. Jamie, the manager of the property responded that it was our choice to live here, so we chose to have maintenance issues. If they had said that during the lease signing, we wouldn't have moved in! Dont "choose" to deal with these people.

My family has lived here comfortably for about 4 years. Before The Reserve changed management we had a some issues with packages and maintanenve but the new management has been very helpful and accomodating. Alex Melo-Mora in the front office is truly a gem and goes out of her way to help residents. She’s a joy to see in the office and she truly enjoys what she does.
