This doctor is quite frankly the most intelligent doctor you're ever going to find. Those who have been her patients for a while (like me) trust her and don't question her advice. She is one of very few doctors who don't just treat your illness. She does her very best to keep you from becoming ill in the first place. I understand that many of her patients don't understand this philosophy. It's not a very American approach to healthcare, but it should be. Don't wait to be sick to pay her a visit. Go say hello, listen to what she has to say and take her advice seriously

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. It's the worst and you can tell my the tone of the staff once you give them a call. Dr. Irina Lelchuk assistant is TERRIBLE she should not be working with patients. The lady has no medical knowledge and will only give you a hard time about everything. She's difficult to work with. On top of this, the office isn't technology equipped. You can't see your results online and they can only give you hard copies of test results when you go into the office to request for it. No one has time for that these days and everything should be easily accessible.

I do not recommend this place. If you know what massage should feel like, stay away. Instead of hands she used the little tool the sell for home massage. Instead of deep tissue she used heat pads and warmed towels to release the tension. And icy hot gel! What? Are you kidding? Instead of wiping with the paper you use to line the table (which is rough to the touch), use the hot towels!
Massages are not your specialty, Miriam. Please practice more if you want to make extra buck. Or better stick to the area of your expertise and master it!

I went to their office in Manhattan. I bought cool sculpt in a small area for my chin. Paid like $600. Don't think it worked. The machine head slipped off my chin five minutes into the procedure and I had to have her come back in the room and fix it, I don't think I ever got a good fit. Ive had cool sculpt on my love handles and had fantastic results after only one treatment, This place was just a waste of my hard earned money. I see that office is now closed, not surprised.

I purchased a Groupon for a reflexology service and was called 15 minutes before to cancel. No problem, I rescheduled. Went today, arrived on time, at the Broadway location in Manhattan. Filled out my paperwork and was told that I must pay gratuity before I can be seen. I stated, that tax is not included and I would be happy to pay the tax, as is the same with all other services. The woman at the front desk continued to say, they have been doing this for 5 years and always charge for a tip. I question the legality of this on a service based procedure. Clearly, the service was paid for already

I went for the coolsculpting, I get a Groupon so I paid a nice price but I should have just burned the money. The machine they have is not the coolsculpting machine. The machine they have does not work. I compared to my friend who also had only one treatment and her progress compared to Mine makes me regret... Every.... Cent....

I was given a groupons voucher for healthway as a gift, I've been wanting to try lipotropic/b12 injections for a while. I have a series of 8 injections. I will start of by stating that I'm a person who has vast knowledge of the medical field, thus it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to know the protocol of administering a sterile injection in a sterile environment.

First office was in NYC on Delancey. They have two locations. The doctors are mother and daughter and both are wonderful. I went in for a special for lipotropic shots and was told about some other items for helping me specially for my issues. Iron, cq 10, sleeping aid and weight loss patches. I purchased all but when they realized the iron charge was more instead of either letting it go or getting it from me next visit ( I had waited for 10 minutes to get items after paying) I was annoyed. I ended up not getting them at all. I had them refunded. I like this office and what they offer for weight

I just tried this place for their lipotropic injections. I will say that the Groupon ad didn't explain what the first consultation was really about at all, and I did end-up being pleasantly surprised. An energetic assessment is done via a metal wand you hold. The computer generated results are then categorized via body parts. I was really impressed with the results and the woman explaining them did a fairly good job explaining them, despite her strong Russian accent. The assessment seemed accurate to me, as per what I'm already familiar with in regards to my health, but not as detailed
