Heidy is a board certified Nurse practitioner in the state of Florida with 10 years of experience as a nurse in acute care. Currently, Heidy specializes in aesthetic procedures. Heidy's unique injection training focuses on facial rejuvenation artistry using Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane etc.
Coming from the non-profit world, The Indigo Clinic's patient experience will be managed by Ly Vargem. Through previous held positions, Ly has had the opportunity to coordinate and travel on missionary missions to Ethiopia, Taiwan, Finland and various other parts of the globe. Like many others, I found Zoe on IG.
I recently wanted to try going to her again, since it seems so many others have had a great experience. My first experience is below. But this second time, I went through about 6 pages of contractual agreements, uploading my ID and signing about 5 times AND calling to confirm.
One of the contracts states that Zoe prioritizes patients who will allow her to post their photos on Instagram. This should say it all. I didn't consent, but completed every single step to book, including a $100 deposit, and did as was instructed and called if I didn't consent

Dr. Zoe and Kami are the BEST! I trust Dr. Zoe to tell me what I need (and what I don't...) and she's by far the best injector I've been to. I asked if you were going on vacation or if the office was closed for the days there was no availability; she simply said no we're just all booked up with no other solution in booking an appointment. I am so happy I went to Dr. Zoe! I went to her for lip fillers and also took my mom to get botox. The whole experience was amazing. Her office manager Kami is so nice and she was so helpful when I reached out for information on booking an appointment. Zoe really put me at ease and I could immediately tell that she cares about her patients and helping them achieve the result they want. I also really appreciated how informative she was especially with what my expectations should be. As far as expectations they were exceeded. I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Zoe for lip augmentation with Restylane. She was very fun professional the office is easy to find spacious and inviting. She explained procedure well discussed filler options and goals. Took great before and after pictures. I numbed for about ten minutes had minimal discomfort no bruising and today I woke up to amazing lips minimal amount of swell and my lips look amazing. Thank you Dr. Zoe what a great experience.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL INJECTOR I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I simply asked her a question through social media to identify the procedure one of her clients had because I was interested in learning more about the services and instead of nicely saying she couldn't discuss this with me she called me "stupid" and an "idiot" for even asking her. She is rude and has absolutely no class or professionalism when it comes to speaking to customers. It is very obvious that she is full of herself. It's also clear that she should probably focus on internal correction

Zoe is so knowledgeable and honest! I had my lips done elsewhere and she gave me her honest opinion and let me know they were overfilled. She recommended I have them dissolved but since I have such sensitive skin and will most like have a reaction to the dissolving liquid I decided to just let just dissolve on their own.
She also did my smile lines which look amazing! I've had smile lines for as long as I can remember and her work definitely made a difference.
Best part is that they accept Care Credit which is very convenient for me!
