I went in for a (complimentary) consultation and found both the staff and Dr. Karcher to be amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions with zero judgment. They were also very honest and didn't try to upsell me. I could tell this was a place that took care of its patients and wasn't just trying to churn customers like some other places I've visited! 10/10 would recommend.

I saw Nurse Lynn back in September for my first lip filler procedure. I had been to 5 previous consultations and didn’t feel comfortable until I was with Nurse Lynn. After being dissatisfied with my filler results from a plastic surgeon I was recommended, I had a consultation with Nurse Lynn, and after a few sessions, I am thrilled with the end result. What I appreciated was her “less is more” approach, because most places just want to sell you more filler, but you can tell Nurse Lynn’s goal is to make you look your best without looking overdone.
