Hired the MSB company for emergency response (drying up the floor) as well as the repair, following a leak on living room of my apartment. During the emergency work, they took the wooden baseboard and cover, so they can get new ones – similar to original ones – when the time comes for repair. The baseboard was unique to the bar area, different from rest of the living room. Enclosed photo shows the two areas from which baseboards were taken.
The company decided not to take on the repair work when the home insurance approved a payment less than their estimation, but took them 55 days to notify
