Princeville and Hanalei are located on the Garden Island of Kauai. The North Shore offers visitors awesome views of tropical foliage, white sand beaches, majestic mountains, cascading waterfalls, rivers, and streams. The Princeville Center offers fine dining, live music, shops, and a large supermarket.
This property was perfect for our needs: 5 couples plus several children. Each family had a private bathroom. There were multiple common areas, including large lanais. Kitchen was well equipped--two dishwashers and a large fridge/freezer in the main kitchen. Each of the other two floors had kitchens (no stoves) with fridges, microwaves, and dishwashers.
Mammoth Lakes boasts one of the largest ski resorts in the world, Mammoth Mountain. No matter what your interests are in outdoor recreation, you will find it here. Mammoth Lakes is also home to more than 100 lakes and streams, and known for its world-class trout fishing.
