Randy and Mimi came to Oceanside from Michigan in 2016, with the intent to stay for a few months.
North Coast Village is an oceanfront condo complex, located between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. In addition to direct views of the Pacific Ocean, you'll have access a full fitness center with a sauna and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for parties. You'll also enjoy reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, a clubhouse with a kitchen, a massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities.
Positioned in Northern San Diego County, Oceanside is a fun beach town located near Southern California famous attractions. In Oceanside, great surfing, fishing, and dining are right outside your front door. Visitors can experience SoCal's unique Culture at the California Surf Museum and the Oceanside Museum of Art, or take a trip to Disneyland, SeaWorld, Knott's Berry Farm, LEGOLAND, or Universal Studios for a full day of family entertainment.

Mimi and everyone at MMV has been incredible to work with. As a new owner they have been responsive to a lot of questions from me about NCV and what renters want in a unit. The checklist of items they want for every unit is extensive. They put a lot of thought and energy into making sure that anyone staying at the properties has everything they need for an enjoyable visit.

Professional property management company! One of their units (our vacation rental) was run by an incompetent HOA at North Coast Village in Oceanside. The HOA shut off our water with no advance notice. MakeMyVacations was doing everything they could to make things right. They were professional, understanding and sympathetic to our needs (of clean water!). Will rent from them again! Their customer service is excellent!

This vacation rental property management company has been wonderful to work with. (Not to be confused with Make My Vacations, plural) The staff are on the property site almost daily. Their entire staff is solution-oriented and professional. Their response rate with us has been 100%. The HOA just love them, I went with MMV based on the HOA's glowing recommendation. I can't say enough about what a pleasure they are to work with. MMV doesn't solicit reviews like some companies, but I think everyone should know about them.

My fiance' and I stayed at North Coast Village August 2018 for his 49th birthday-and we also got engaged that day. The tip was magical already but made more stellar by the unit we stayed in, G27 Seaview Cottage, I think. I JUST TODAY made reservations to come again and stay at A23 Pacific paradise Cottage and am so excited because this company made our stay PERFECT. Steve called us prior to the vacation because we had a change in condos, and worked to ensure that we didn't pay more even though where we ended up (G27) was a newer, more expensive one than the one we previously booked. This is a GREAT company. We visit every year. Making the reservations is pleasurable. They know me by name. We stay in the same condo every year, consider it our home away from home. I have also dealt with the owner of the properties and I swear he appears to be the type of person that would give you his last dollar if you needed it. Not only is everyone a pleasure to speak with the condos are out of this world. They are very updated and gorgeous. I would never stay anywhere else. My permanent residence is at North Coast Village, the property in Oceanside where the rentals from Make My Vacation are located. I had out-of-town guests coming for Thanksgiving, and needed a place to put them. I selected B103 for their stay. I already knew they would have a great time with all the property amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi) and its proximity to the beach.
