Our builder called Anhalt to come look at our well they installed and quit communications after telling us “the well needed to be primed.” Yeah, we get that, but it didn’t clear up. Then we were told that we needed a water softener. They tried to tell us there was iron in the water. We installed the water softener and a separate filtration system, knowing full well that it wasn’t a water softener issue. We told them the filter could actually just be rinsed off and put back in, because it was collecting mud. They quit responding to our builder.
