Dr. Erickson received her Fellowship Training in Mohs Micrographic and Procedural Dermatology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She's a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology, and is also a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.

I made an appointment that I cancelled within 24 hours after reading reviews and talking with a friend who had a bad experience. Figured my card would not be charged since the appointment was scheduled weeks out. They still ran my card for $250 which I was initially told on the phone would "hold my spot" and "could be applied towards service" which was shady because they don't give any pricing over the phone. When I called to complain I was told "that's our policy". Sorry, but that was NEVER explained to me and in my entire life I have never had a professional

I have been going to dr ericksons office for regular hydro-facials. When I started having a scalp issues I naturally figured that she as a licensed dermatologist would be able to help me.... I was so very wrong. Dr Erickson misdiagnosed me on two separate occasions. She told me it was psoriasis and prescribed a foam. I wouldn't have had a problem with the price of the foam had it worked. When I went back a second Rome I was told by dr Erickson that she wasn't impressed by the dryness of my scalp as she sat and told me with the greatest conviction that is was all in my head, but prescribed

When I made the appointment I was told there was a $250 fee that could be used against future products and/or treatments. I have since learned that this fee is sometimes not charged or it is waived which was not my experience. I did not have a comfortable or confident feeling with the staff or with Dr. Erickson and when I finished my appointment I asked if I could purchase products that could be applied to the fee. The answer was NO so I have just wasted $250 and an hour or more of time in what I felt was a rather "creepy" environment. Go elsewhere!!!!

So I have now been coming to Dr. Erickson for two years and today I received my fourth broadband light therapy treatment to treat my severe Rosacea and broken capillaries.
I have to come back and leave yet ANOTHER wonderful review to my amazing nurse, Molly, who was as beautiful as she was kind and attentive. Getting the level of BBL that I need in order to treat the redness on my face is a strong laser setting, so at times it can be quite painful (just for a moment, though!), and Molly was so great at making me feel relaxed, and making me laugh. This is so important to me because I am very insecure

What an amazing doctor and friendly staff! Dr. Erickson is warm and knowledgeable. In addition, she listened and was eager to address my needs. Dr. Erickson defies the stigma that reflects the "typical" cosmetic dermatology office-- the type with unfriendly nose upwards people. Often, I am too busy to write reviews, however, I found myself compelled to write in favor of her friendly staff and professional demeanor. I was very explicit in my consult about my concern of having the correct laser hair removal equipment used on my darker skin. I was very detailed in providing my previous doctor's name and my history with laser hair removal. I felt Dr. Erickson was attentive at first, but when we noticed the laser removal procedure wasn't working, she (against my judgment) convinced me to have a back-to- back laser removal session. WOW! Had a HydraFacial at Dr. Erickson's office and was amazed at the results. Prior to this and after, I was given what felt like very individualized attention by staff and the doctor. Besides my skin feeling and LOOKING so much better, I was amazed at the difference it made with the bags under my eyes.

I have not actually visited Dr. Erickson, but was very disappointed by their new patient policy, and more importantly not being consistent with their policy across new patients, as well as their communication when I tried to make an appointment. When I called to make an appointment I was told a $250 "deposit" is required for any new visit, regardless of the service that would need to be rendered. This is not an actual deposit (which would be fine to make sure you are not a no-show) - you would be charged $250 to use towards services, so, you are paying $250 for your visit one way or another

Dr. Erickson and staff are amazing. I was fortunate enough to have had several different procedures with her and the results are amazing. Dr. Erickson has a knack for easily looking at your skin and assessing what treatment would most benefit you. The office is ultra modern and clean and the staff made moving through the visit seamless. I highly recommend Erickson Dermatology for any skin care needs.

Dr. Erickson's office is modern and efficient. She was succinct in her evaluation of my minor problem and moved things a long very quickly in determining the treatment.

I suffer from scarring and congested skin, as I have had bad skin since I was a teenager. I've seen several dermatologists and saw little to no results. Dr. Erickson and her team care and are very professional. On my consultation date, they recommended hydrafacialling, a system they use with a machine. I immediately saw results and the more sessions you do, the better results you see. She also recommended microneedling to help get rid of my scar from a sebaceous cyst that was the size of an olive, which was poorly removed by another dermatologist. I have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Erickson and her wonderful Staff that I don't know where to begin. I do know that when I came to Dr. Erickson my face/skin was that of a 20 year plus heavy smoker. I also had severe dark patches on my cheeks. I was always thoroughly embarrassed and had zero to no confidence in my appearance because of this. Dr. Erickson performed a laser treatment called Halo. Always a great experience at Dr. Erickson's place! The office is gorgeous, the staff knowledgeable, and they are very accommodating when it comes to last-minute appointments. I initially chose Dr. Erickson because her Air Force background caught my eye (turns out she worked at the same base where I grew up, and actually treated my father back in the day.) Thusly, I find baseless the previous reviewer's comment "...she judged me by my appearance and that I didn't come dressed to like an implant to Chicago who lives downtown, as I'm sure that's who are her main clientele

I went to get my laugh lines filled. The women are nice at Erickson and they have great customer service, however I now have a grayish mark on my face from the filler that I received back in October. Dr. Erickson said that it was called the Tyndall Effect from placing the filler in superficially. She tried to diminish it, however after going back twice, she told me that she didn't know what else to do if the mark didn't go away. According to Dr. Erickson, the mark isn't noticeable, but I'm asked about it often and see it in the mirror each day.

Dr. Erickson is an artist! Speaking as someone who has had a little of everything done, let me tell you this Dr. knows what she is doing. Of course going in I had my own expectation on what I should have and she really took the time not only to listen, but to also go over her recommendations. I really appreciated her insight and technique. She corrected some pretty deep horizontal neck lines with filler, and also a bit under my hollowed out eyes and gave me some more volume to my cheeks. OF COURSE I also got Botox. She isn't cheap, but no more expensive then any other dermatologist/plastic

Had two procedures performed at this office. Scheduling and initial consultation was very easy and straightforward. I had the procedures performed same day, also.
Both procedures were well-explained and lived up to their respective expectations. Recovery was very mild and tolerable. Quite happy with the office, service and staff. Also, prices were very comparable to both other city and suburban offices ( I had fee for service procedures).
I'm also a surgeon and would highly recommended the services and expertise of this office and Dr Erickson.
