Dr. Samantha Conrad is an acclaimed, board-certified dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic procedures and skin cancer detection and prevention. Much of her work focuses on the global and cohesive rejuvenation of the face, a method which involves restoring and replacing what is gradually lost through the aging process.
Your physician will craft a curated strategy taking a personalized, incremental approach to give natural-looking results with a collaborative short and long term plan in mind. Involves discussion of skin care, lasers, as well as invasive and non invasive procedures. Neuromodulators are used to prevent and soften wrinkles, relax muscles, and reduce excessive sweating.

This information is encrypted and stored securely online. Any remaining balance owed by you will be charged to your card after two billing statements have been sent to your billing address. You may access your billing statements through the Patient Portal. A copy of charges will be emailed to you. My primary care physician recommended that I have a full dermatological exam approximately 8 years ago. I kept putting it off. Finally, I made an appointment with Dr. Petersen. She was so kind and understanding, despite me waiting so long to go to a dermatologist (bad move by me). Her professionalism is only matched by her kindness. I felt comfortable the entire time and plan to be a patient for life. This practice is outstanding.

Dr. Conrad is amazing! We’ve been under her care for years—following her from NMH to her current private practice. She’s helped both my daughters through tough teenage years (high school and college) treating acne as well as guiding them with best practice for great skin long term. She’s also been a rock star helping me as I transitioned into my fifties. She’s skilled, knowledgeable and awesome one-to-one in the patient care room. Highly recommend!

As others have noted, the cancellation policy does not take into account the current health environment with Covid-19. The policy should be updated to reflect the new real world realities. Surprising and disconcerting stance taken by a medical office. The health of patients/staff should be paramount rather than enforcing a strict cancellation policy. The previous commentator was correct. It does incentivize patients to hide their diagnosis lest they be charged.

I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday afternoon but had to reschedule that morning since I had just received a positive covid test result (despite being asymptomatic). I explained this to them over the phone, but I was charged a $30 late cancellation fee anyways. I called and asked the office to refund this but was denied since “they’re just following their policy.” I guess I would have been better off just going to the appointment anyways? It’s completely irresponsible to incentivize patients to come to the office sick during a global pandemic.

Not sure how good the doctors are but the girl who answered the phone to schedule an appointment , Stephanie, was rood and had an attitude like she was trying to make sure I don't schedule this appointment. I guess this practice does not need any new patients, especially with insurance and not cash. I will keep looking.

I suffer from excess perspiration and sweating. It got so bad I went to see Dr Erin Petersen. I am so grateful that I did. She is an amazing dermatologist. She solved my issue and now with the right medicine I don't have put up with the ongoing issue of sweating so much. From the bottom of my heart I cannot say thank you enough!

I see Dr. Petersen and she is awesome. My skin is finally clear. She is personable and takes the time to explain everything. Also every nurse that has checked in with me before Dr. Petersen comes in has been fantastic. I also really want to note how friendly and helpful the front desk is. As a healthcare business owner myself, I know how hard that is to come by. Definitely book ASAP because they book out quickly!!

First the positives. The office is clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I saw Dr. Petersen for some ongoing minor issues I've had as well as a couple new ones. She was very patient and thorough in explaining what I had, what can cause it, and the best treatments. It was a lot to take in at once, but she wrote specific instructions on how to treat it, and prescribed me appropriate medications, and made recommendations for over-the-counter items.

Everyone I worked with has been incredibly kind & helpful. I found myself temporarily unemployed & uninsured with a concerning mole. When I called to make an appointment, the man on the phone went out of his way to explain every possible cost to me since I was paying out of pocket. In the office, Dr. Conrad performed my biopsy quickly & painlessly and told me exactly how much I should expect to pay. I've been seeing Dr. Erin Petersen for almost half my life now and have to say she is the BEST dermatologist in the business. She's not only an amazing human being, but she's thoughtful, compassionate and really cares about her patients. I recently moved to Chicago, and had this practice recommended to me by someone in a local Facebook group. I didn't know that they had recently opened right before the pandemic! Dr. Petersen was incredibly and nice and thorough while doing a full body mole exam. She answered all of my (many) questions, and I left with a number of samples and prescriptions that have already helped! They also went above and beyond with COVID precautions, and I felt very safe.

I've been a patient of Dr Conrad's for 4-5 years and followed her to this new office. Dr Conrad was super excited when she told me about this new venture and couldn't say enough about Dr Petersen. Fast forward, I am now a patient of Dr Petersen's because of insurance coverage. No matter; I truly think the world of both doctors and am very well taken care of. Mind you, I had a brutally traumatic PTSD-inducing medical procedure at a major medical center in the city last year and thinking about going to any doctor appointment is difficult for me.
