First time going to a dermatologist… Dr. O’Brien did not really care about the concerns I had about my skin infection called her about it again because it was getting worse and I did not hear back from her. Found a new dermatologist who did a video consultation and actually took one look at it and said why wasn’t it treated it earlier and prescribed me some antibiotics. Will not be going back to her and I definitely would not recommend her to anyone. Save yourself the time and money and find a better dermatologist

So far so good reading others post. Went into the office very friendly in front and other staff and I was in and out. Dr. O’Brien was very nice and so was her assistant which was very beautiful might I say. Very clean office and even a small gift bag was given with different skin cleansers. Hope to see great results in the next coming weeks of treatment.

Dr. O'Brien was very professional and had a great bedside manner. She took plenty of time with my appointment and made sure to ask if I had any other concerns, then took the time to discuss those as well. Even with her thoroughness, I was in and out of the office quickly because of little wait time.

Since 2009 or 2010, I've had pain on my skin in my inner thighs. Over a handful of years I would ask 1 primary doctor and 2 different dermatologists what this was. They insisted it was from being a bigger person and my legs rubbing together. They kept saying it was because of my weight. I needed to lose weight. Sure, of course I did. I've been making strives to do so. No matter when I lost weight, the pain didn't stop and I would develop basically boils on my inner legs. This made it harder to walk/run without

Dr. Regina O'Brien and her team are helpful, efficient and responsive. I went in with a few specific concerns and Dr. O'Brien answered all of my questions. It's nice to be able to see a doctor with an excellent bedside manner and feel like you got the attention you needed without long wait times. In fact, I didn't have to do wait at all to get brought to the exam room and I saw the doctor within 5 minutes of being in the room.

Great staff and easy to schedule. I think a lot of the previous negative reviewers aren’t applicable anymore since they’ve got a new doctor working there since the fall and seem to have fixed the access issues. I didn’t encounter any of the aforementioned scheduling or phone issues. Dr. O’Brien is great, very knowledgeable and friendly.

I highly recommend Dr.Elizabeth Kiracofe of the Illinois Dermatology Institute. She is a compassionate professional that posses a deep understanding of effective treatments for all aspects of skin care.
