Sufficient income level: some landlord/association may require the tenant to have a monthly income of at least "x" times greater than the monthly rent. The income requirement will change based on the price of the rental. For example, you require an income level that is two times the monthly rent. For a rental that is $1,000 a month, the tenant must have a monthly income of at least $2,000.

Buying my first home should have been scary and expensive, but with the RLD Team, I was well taken care of. They were professional and responsive, and able to translate all of the legal/real estate jargon into understandable language for us normal people. Growing in Miami Florida i had the hardest times trying to find rooms and apartments on my own. Every attempt to find a Place that I can even find ideal to my standard to my idea of living. Until I was introduced to Lysandra Wu and The RLD team. I had an deadline to meet in my moving situation and being a father of a son deadline's can be stressful no one wants to be homeless. I don’t live in the state of Florida and I have never met Romina Chen. She was recommended to my mother by someone while she was looking for properties in the Miami area. When I first called Romina and spoke to her, she gave me a strong impression about her professionalism and knowledge. Romina helped me purchase two properties without having me to travel to Florida. She would send me information about the properties with the parameters that I wanted, she would go take pictures and videos and sent to me of the properties I was interested in.
