Services
Rangi Paula V. Giner would like to welcome you to visit her new Care Center for the Elderly, The Meadows at Country Place, located in the Greenhaven area of Sacramento. She was a nurse who worked in San Francisco for many years at St. Francis Memorial Hospital, but within she was an entrepreneur and business woman.
We lovingly provide all of the assistance and services that you or your loved one may need. We are very attentive to supporting the activities of daily living necessary for maintaining dignity, self respect and quality of life. We specialize in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's, Dementia and other serious health-related conditions.
Caring for a person with dementia poses many challenges. We understand the challenges your family is going through. We are here to take on the burden of compassionate 24 hour care, providing you the time to rest and care of yourself. That frees you up, so you can become the care manager, instead of the round-the-clock caregiver.
Beyond the time and physical effort, there can be so much heartache caring for a loved one in the throes of advanced Alzheimer's. As the person loses the capacity to remember how to dress, how to eat, and who you are, it can become an emotional challenge to discover what they still retain, and to what they will still be able to respond.
Hospice is about true compassion at life's end, while doing everything to support the highest quality of life possible in the small quantity of time left. Here at The Meadows at Country Place, quality of life is always a priority. When it comes time to call in hospice, we work closely with your choice of hospice provider to ensure that your loved one's stay here is as comfortable, supportive and pleasurable as can be.

I could not have asked for a better place for my mom. The staff took such good care of my mom even when she was exhibiting difficult behaviors due to her dementia. The staff was always loving and kind towards my mom and me. They kept me up to date on how my mom was doing and after my mom died they have called to see how I am doing.

My brother and I found the perfect place in Sacramento for our mother to live out her final days. We knew the assisted living facility where she had been living was no longer equipped to tend to her medical needs. Rangi Giner, and her dedicated staff at The Meadows at Country Place came highly recommended by a friend whose parents had lived at The Meadows. As a long time emergency department RN, Rangi is able to expertly assess the medical needs of the residents, and contact the facilities on-call physician, Dr. Stringer, when necessary. They work together to write care plans, as well as train
