I worked with Megan Evoe at the Bernardo group to find my first home, and I couldn't recommend her (or the group) enough! Megan really made this stressful process as low-stress as possible. She never tried to push me into a sale, and I always felt she was genuinely working toward my preferences and best interests. Hopefully I'll be in the same spot for a while, but I'd definitely work with Megan in the future!

Working with Alyssa was nothing short of phenomenal! As a first time home buyer, Alyssa was extremely thorough in explaining what everything means, talking me through my options when negotiating with the seller and strategizing. Alyssa was able to get my dream home in a multiple offer situation even with my FHA loan. I always knew she had my best interest in mind, and I couldn't be happier with my experience with her. We felt like we were his only clients when we were working with him, (though that was nowhere near true) because he was so attentive, dedicated, responsive and truly looking out for us. From initial intro calls through day of closing, it was a delightful experience. Cannot recommend Brandon Del Campo enough as your realtor!

Karen and her team sold a property for me in September 2021. This was an REO that we took back after foreclosure. I live in CA so I needed a good team in the area that could help with the rehab and sale of property without me having to be there. They referred a contractor that got the job done for a reasonable price and time frame. They did an awesome job of communicating with me and keeping the process on track.
