My grandma spent her last 6 months here for assisted living and hospice. The staff were friendly and polite. Even the night staff did regular checks and were smiling. They all knew my grandma’s preferred name (that was not posted on her door). They didn’t call her “sweetie” or “honey” which I liked. Pam at front desk is warm and helpful. Behind the scenes staff was also excellent. Had a notary on site which was very convenient. Facility is kept clean and is relatively new. Nice common areas. Happy to say we had a great experience here. Because I know it’s hard to find good care for

I have had the best experience here-I love our residents and get such joy laughing with them. Nothing brightens my day like seeing a genuine smile because one of our Life Enrichment programs I worked on touched someone. The staff has been wonderful to work with and I look forward to coming to work each day.

I have almost seven years of experience with TowerLight. Throughout, TL has been very good with my parents, particularly being of Indian origin. During this COVID pandemic, the entire team at TL has done stellar work. Keeping the residents health has been a gargantuan Shackleton-type effort and I am impressed and grateful for what the staff has accomplished. Well done!
