This is worst apartment and overall there whole staff is good for nothing.
In Building 2610 and 2614, some people are continuously parking there car in no Parking area and whole building complained about them multiple times, but staff didnt took any action on those idiots and did nothing. overall its worst apartment and dont stay here

It’s a SCAM! Move in to Ashford Meadows has turned out to be worst decision. We had to change lease last minute for initially leased apartment as its kitchen was in very bad condition at the time of move in and switch to apartment with same floor plan but higher rent. And in spite of higher rent the basic amenities inside apartment, heater and washer dryer were not in working condition. I have been following up with leasing office for about a month now and still washer dryer haven’t been fixed.

As a current resident of this apt complex, I am advising any future tenants to not move in. I began my lease here in August and it has been the most horrible renting experience I have had. My apt was handed over to me DIRTY & definitely not move in ready. The bathroom was disgusting and fixtures falling off the wall. Botched paint job through out the unit. The kitchen was caked with grease & there were hairs everywhere. Both stairwells leading up to my apt are falling apart/crumbling. I was notified within weeks of moving in that my AC unit was leaking into the apt below me and that maintenance

I can't even begin to express my frustration with my experience at Ashford Meadows. I have continuously experienced issues within my apartment and the general facilities. Upon moving in, a window fell out of the frame my first weekend, and it took WEEKS to replace. A little time passed, and we had an issue with exterior stairs collapsing during storms - extremely concerning that the property has been so poorly maintained that this is even possible.

Unbelievably bad customer service. If they treat potential future renters like this, I dread to think how they treat current residents.
We visited to look around these apartments today, but the app we were told to go on a self guided tour didn't have this apartment on it.
Fine, so we try going to the office. We stood outside and knocked on the door, and office staff walked past, looked at us and ignored us and sat at their desk, watching us from inside.
Leaving us, including my elderly mother-in-law out in the cold for 5 minutes, until we decided to give up and leave.
We visited to look around these apartments today, but the app we were told to go on a self guided tour didn't have this apartment on it.

Really bad experience as a prospective renters. I called and asked if we could swing by to see their 3 bedroom apartments. I was told they had none available to show until December. I said well, can we check out a 2 bedroom, as that will give us an idea? The lady I spoke to rudely said no, to just look at the pictures on the website. I said I'd like to see the complex in person...she said to call back another time. I got off the call feeling annoyed.

The whole staff is delightful and extremely helpful. Justine in particular, has always gone above and beyond helping us , from getting us moved in expeditiously, to working with us anytime we were ever in a jam. Justine consistently shows she truly cares about her residents, and always treats everybody with respect. I would definitely recommend anybody to move to this property, their staff is amiable, efficient and the best that I've ever experienced.

This is my second year in this neighborhood and I am so pleased with how my time here has been. The location is great distance from my family and work, the neighborhood is clean, the people are pleasant, and just as important -the leasing staff is great. Any question/concern that I have I know that they are only a text or call away which is greatly appreciated. (Especially during this time.) I'm pretty thrilled to call Ashford Meadows home.

Javarus is great in the leasing office. During my leasing process he has been so patient with my husband and I. He has great communication and has kept us informed throughout the whole process. He was even able to have upgrade out apartment!! He answered all of our questions .. and we had a lot but he is amazing!!!!
