I just moved from the Mark Apt after being there for 2.5 years and I couldn't wait to get out. I'd never tell anyone to live there, even if it's a last resort. I would give this no stars if I could.
1. I've found mice and cockroaches in my couch, my bedroom, my kitchen, and my bathroom. I'm a very OCD clean person and I am grossed out that the building is this disgusting. I called to have pest control come out and let them know our dog would be in his crate because we work full time, but when we got home he didn't do anything because we had a dog in a crate. Like

I am currently a resident here and there are so many problems I suggest you stay away. There isn't enough parking, and if you have to park on the street your car may get broken into (yes, this happened!). The apartment isn't going to reimburse your car tow bill, despite there being no parking spaces after 5pm, or the inconvenience of getting your window broken into since you had to park on the main street. "It isn't their problem," well... let's state some things that are their problem and slightly inconvenient as a resident. Our elevator, in the 9-story building,

I have nothing but great things to say about my move in and extended stay with The Mark. First off, I've received nothing but the best of treatment from beginning to current time. Jessie has gone above and beyond to help me and my family feel secure, comfortable, price wise and over all, plus she's continued to exceed my expectations while juggling with other residents and their needs. Dan has always had a positive energy towards finding resolutions. They are a working team! I would highly recommend The Mark as a hidden gem in this part of the city.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING IN!!!!! I thought this place was amazing but it is not, I have a specific job that requires me to come home around 2-3 am almost every day. Because there is no parking I had to sleep in my car cause of the lack of parking in the parking lot and on the streets. I would wake up at 6 am to hunt for a parking spot. I woke up one morning to find my car towed for being an a non parking area due to the lack of parking. I will not sit here and argue I was in a parking spot because I was not, but when you have to sleep in your car once in awhile, you become very angry after a while

I just wanted to thank Wardell and Jessica for the outstanding customer service they have provided me in getting my son my set up in an apartment in "The Mark." They truly went above and beyond. Promptly returns phone calls day or night. We ran into an issue upon moving in and we had it settled in a very short amount of time the same day. Wardell and Jessica are both an asset to "The Mark Apartments". Thank you so much for all your kindness and support.

Aside from the constant repairs, building wide water shut-offs, water damage in the apartments, heating/air conditioning problems, shady business practices of keeping security deposits and refusing to give them back, and lack of package delivery system...what REALLY sets me off about this place is that they've reduced themselves to towing the cars of there own residents! If you're someone who works and comes home after 9 pm, good luck finding ANY kind of parking. If they give you crap about "reserved parking" don't bother because all of those spaces are sold out anyway
