I've lived here for 2 years now and am only moving out because I'm relocating due to work. I've loved living here, the apartment is in great condition and very competitive as far as price goes. I have had great experiences with both the old management as well as the new management. They are always quick to respond to my questions and needs. The only problem I had was my apartment didn't seem to have fiber availability, not sure if that was just my apartment or if there are plans to install it. Overall I would recommend leasing here.

Amazing property throughout. The management team made me feel comfortable and cared for from the beginning without making me feel pressured to sign a contract of any kind.
They were very respectful, attentive and overall patient with me as I asked various questions concerning the space itself and the property's amenities. This is a wonderful "community", the property is gorgeous, and the management team is unmatched!

It used to be great, but the building recently changed to new management and they are terrible. Very poor communication during the transition to new management. Our lease was coming up and they lied about leaving a reminder letter on our door with a reminder of the 60 day notice requirement. Read the lease very carefully because they will hold you to every letter with zero willingness to be flexible for special circumstances or even their own mistakes.
Update: Since posting this review, the new management was willing to be flexible with us and we were finally able to part on good terms.

I really love this place. Roomy and beautiful apartment very convenient to everything like stores, restaurants, etc. Stainless steel appliances, juliette balcony, and large windows.I won't lie, you can hear your neighbors, but not very loudly and once we have our tv or music on, we can't hear a thing. At night, it's very quiet and everyone is respectful towards each other. We are also grateful for Shante Maness! We were still traveling so she made sure we had everything we needed online so by move-in, we just had to pay our fees and we were good to go. She was in constant communication with us

I went for a tour and was helped by Keith. He was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for the customer service I received at the tour. Keith was great!
I actually didn’t rent here because I found something else that fit my needs better. But if I were to rent in Herndon, this is the place with one of the best customer service! I’ve been to so many other complexes for tours and my rule of thumb has been if you don’t receive good customer service in the tour, you can kiss it goodbye once you’re bound by a contract and live there. Dont stay here if you want some peace and quiet while you live here. There is a pub (PJ Mulligans) located here and they blast their music and/or have an event every single day until 9:30 pm. Good luck if you have small children or work shifts. Also, they apparently own the sidewalk because they have set up tents there. Have fun with that. Good luck to any future occupants. My advise is to stay away.

This apartment is great but I can't live with the noise from the restaurant below. They blast their music until 2am 7 days a week. Yet, this was management's response to the loud music: "Noise Complaints - Most recently, noise complaint reports are increasing. We completely understand that many of you are working or schooling from home; but we request that we all work together to provide as comfortable of an environment as possible."
How is a sleepless night comfortable? This is ridiculous. Don't live here!

II has a super awesome experience in one of the many events the administration usually organizes. The sip and paint session with neighbors and friends was the best ever! I had never done painting before and Lisa was so helpful, awesome instructor and the atmosphere she creates during the session is just incredible. Having no experience at all, this incredibly fun session got me into painting and definitely confirm how much I like living at Monroe’s place.
