Do NOT move here, there is a serious roach problem, they will keep charging you even after you move and try to screw you over, and they don't care about their tenants. It's an expensive slum lord company.

I have mixed feelings in my short time living here. I saw a renovated model unit when touring that was extremely nice. ( I am renting a renovated unit) They didn't have the model unit for my size but said the finishes were the same and that it would be very similar. On westerly website my exact apartment looks way more luxurious than what it actually is. Coming into this apartment the finishes seem cheaply done/old. Thermostat is from the 90s when the unit I toured had a much more modern one which really bothers me to feel deceived. The apartment overall is not bad but was definitely made out to

First off 0 stars. They will sweet talk you into signing the lease, as soon you sign it’s over. No matter how many times we had pest control come and spray, or how much combat bait we set out, we still had roaches crawling out of our food, in our beds, and mating on our counters. They took away the dumpster so you can’t haul your own trash away but they have many rules in place about trash, you can only set it out at certain hours and it can only be a certain weight. The trash service company would often just leave bags that were “too heavy” mind you the service cost $27 monthly. Walls

Fanny Kopp is very sweet and does her job perfectly well. She always has a smiling face and is always there to help in case of any problems/emergencies. We liked the place and all the amenities at WaW very much. I surely recommend considering Westerly at Worldgate!

I will like to start by saying that this is the best place I lived in. Ms. Fanny was able to find the best place for me. She has been a great help since day one and each time I need anything she is quick to respond and get me the answers I need. I can only say that the over all customer service is perfect, the level of professionalism is great. I recommend anyone to move in and talk to Ms. Fanny.

Fanny is great! Responded quick to calls and emails.
Leasing and move in process is fairly simple.
My first month here has been nothing less than amazing! Trash management and pick up in apartments can be better!
