This place and the management are absolutely disgusting. I really like Bozzuto, so I felt great moving in a few months ago. Unfortunately, each month here has been worse than the last. Here are a few of the things I have experienced in the past 2 months:
Packages missing. You will have your packages stolen. The office will not care. Not a sorry, likely won't even email you back. Not just small packages either, clothes, a desk, you name it, it will be stolen.
Homeless people coming to my door. Yes, my actual door trying to get in. Thankfully I was home and the door was locked. When I answered

Ever since Bozzuto Management took over the building a few months, I have had tremendous hope for the future here. Having been extremely unhappy with prior management and their maintenence staff, I truly welcome the great communication, care, effort and respect Bozzuto staff has put forth in making things better for us residents.
Debbie, John, Arielle and Kyle the manager....I LOVE THEM ALL. Last management team was so mean, dysfunctional and rude, I was often brought to tears. So many problems never resolved. Felt like this building was a huge prison and they were the guards. That's over

New management yet the same issues persist. The elevators are still broken and if you're lucky enough to live by one, not only will it never be functioning, it will constantly beep (very loudly) throughout the day and especially at night driving you absolutely insane. I've complained to the new managment about it since they started and no one can give me an update. The person in office who deals with this is always busy, when I say I'm calling regarding this issue. I've left my number but never received a call back. I've sent emails but only got a back and forth resulting
