A federal judge has allowed a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case to move forward against Santa Monica’s largest developer, NMS Properties, its CEO Neil Shekhter and his wife, Margot. The RICO case is currently on hold while a dueling lawsuit makes its way through local courts but will resume when it’s over.

I'm currently at an NMS Property in Santa Monica and my unit is INFESTED with termites - I have uploaded all the videos on my instagram. Im just beyond shocked that Kimberly at the office told me I could break my lease verbally on the phone, and is now saying should I break it I am liable for the rest of the contract. Nms Granada hills have the most bad living experience ever in your entire life. The officer manager is very rude. Other tenants harassed me. I talked to the office manager about this issue and she said she can not do anything about it! And she was very rude to me. She said children can play right outside of my apartment making huge noises but I can't even listen to music in my own apartment. She is very racist and seems like she does not like Asian at all
