I have lived here for about four years now and I couldn't be happier. It's a very quiet place,and my neighbors are really cool people. Management is always very helpful and attentive to our needs, as well as Diego from maintenance who is so nice and helpful.I love the area because everything such as Vons,CVS, and the mall is so close by.As well as the beach. And I love that the area is very bike friendly also.

I LOVE this apartment complex. I have been living here with my 7yo daughter since June 2020. I could not be happier. And these are the reasons why:
- Location: the building is located across the street from Bodega, one of the best restaurants to work from and eat at in Santa Monica. It is walking distance from Vons, CVS, and Co-Op, as well as only 10-15min from 3rd Street and the Pier. This location is totally quiet and safe. A gem in SM!
- Building and apartment: the building is beautiful. Everything is modern. The apartment is equipped with amazing appliances and feels very highend.

I have been living in this apartment complex since February. The staff is amazing, every one is so friendly and accommodating. Joel has been a tremendous help to all my needs and the maintanence has been attentive and expedient to any issues I've had in my apartment. I just recently moved in July and having issues with what seems like an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor stomping around relentlessly wearing doc martens or combat boots all day and all night long, moving furnitures and it always sounds like someone is dropping a bowling ball or doing jumping jacks until 4 am. I live on the 4th floor and I wish before I was rented out the apartment, I was given some kind of warning because I did emphasize that I work from home and I'm also fairly quiet. I've lived here since November of 2016 and love the location and building. It's a very walkable area and you just can't beat being that close to the beach and the weather!
Joel, the manager is awesome. He goes out of his way to make sure requests go through and are handled in a timely manner and overall has a great response time. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.

I've loved living at the Lincoln SM apartments. Throughout the application process and while getting situated, Joel and Raquel have been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any and all of my requests. During the move-in process, management and maintenance went out of their way to ensure that all of my appliances were thoroughly cleaned and working perfectly. The maintenance crew is also very friendly and quick to fix any issues that arise. Luckily, since the building is relatively new, I've had very few maintenance needs arise while living here. I've lived here at Lincoln SM since from January 2017. I am so grateful living in such a great Building , great location, quiet and clean. The management team even sometimes changed but all of them are such a great and helpful. Joel who's a manager is a great man and helpful. Raquel is friendly and very responsive. I've lived here for 5 years and have no complaints! Even through different management teams, it's always been a clean place to live with an incredible price for the area. Paying rent is easy online and the building is relatively quiet even when facing the street. Maintenance is the highlight of this building - always super responsive and Diego goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working correctly in my apartment. He makes sure i not only get what i need fixed, but understand why/how it broke to know when to ask for assistance on the item again. Can't beat this building

I've lived here for over a year now and I dont have any complaints! This is my first apartment alone and it is just perfect for me! My neighbors are friendly and the staff here is amazing! Diego is always there when you need him to fix a fridge or handle any maintenance issues you have! It's also very clean in the building, I believe they clean it every morning! I love it here!

I'm writing to review the excellent service of Obed and Diego, the maintenance team at Lincoln SM. We recently had a leak in the roof of our closet at 6:15pm on a Friday evening. Despite being after their normal working hours, they both went above and beyond. They returned my call and arrived within 15 minutes, and quickly fixed the problem. Lincoln SM is extremely lucky to have such amazing, personable, and professional maintenance workers on staff. Thank you so much, Obed and Diego!

I moved into Lincoln SM apartments at the end of May 2019. I was impressed with the location, the supreme cleanliness, and the friendliness, helpfullness and professionalism of the management office personnel and staff.
Along with its great location, this is truly the cleanest building I have ever lived in. The custodial staff are relentless in maintaining a spotless facility!

It does not seem like the other reviews are real.
People are stealing from residents here, gaining access to the parking garage through the retail elevator which is running throughout the night. If you want the theft to stop, turn this elevator off. I've had 2 bikes taken, my car vandalized twice because of this elevator. Also please put up signs to warn other residents of this recurring theft. Nothing has been done...if you are the owner it would be nice for you to call me and at least talk to me. No one cares about the theft here, which is a terrible way to run an apartment complex. Had to watch

Do not sign here, the security is stupid, they let anyone in the building, residents property goes missing constantly, the management will do nothing to help you. The location is amazing but there are way bigger apartments that actually care about their residents. DO NOT DO IT. Wish I would have never signed here now I am stuck for the next few months.

My first Google review ever! I couldn't miss an opportunity to praise this place! The 1447 Lincoln property has been my home for the past four years, and it truly has been a dream every since Lincoln Property Company took over. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful and responsive. Any apartment maintenance issues I report (not frequent, but naturally do arise) are handled within hours, if not minutes, and the team really is so incredibly friendly. My ex-wife/"Baby-Mama" lives here. Truly a very nice, well put-together apartment complex. Lots of units, and from what I can see, a wide variety of sizes and configurations are represented by those units. From my limited dealings with the on-site staff, they are courteous and considerate; I repeatedly parked in the maintenance staff's allocated parking spots, and they EVENTUALLY came to my ex's door to warn me my car would be towed if I continued. Despite that, I STILL accidentally parked in one of their spots, and they left me a final written warning instead of just having my car towed away!
