Southern Pines has potential as a halfway decent apartment complex. However, the management of the complex keeps it from achieving any of it's potential. I've been trying to get a 1 bedroom from them for a week now. So far, I've been told I'll get a call back on 3 different days after putting in an application. Only to finally get a call and make an appointment to fill out paperwork after my application has been approved by the owners of Southern Pines. I showed up at the appointment at 4 pm. I work graveyard and am normally sleeping at this time. So it wasn't easy for me to keep appointment. I
