Roland Thomas, the Assistant Community Director, is extremely rude, unprofessional & very hard to work with as a resident. The location & apartments are great but overall, you want to live in a place where you know the Community team/staff is here to support you help when you have questions. In my 6 months of living here, I have not once had a positive experience with Roland.

I've been living at Arpeggio for about 4 months now. My only concern/feedback is that the gym equipment is a little outdated, esp. the elliptical machines likely need to be replaced.
Aside from that, I couldn't be more pleased to call Arpeggio my home. The location is great: super convenient to Old Pasadena, access to major freeways, and within walking distance to the Metro Gold Line, which makes commuting to my office in DTLA a complete breeze!

They reply their staff as being committed to provide exceptional service, but many of the comments are in regards to management and roach infested seems very concerning, I will be looking for other apartments in the area, I cannot deal with rude managers, I parked my car in front of the building few minutes later i overheard the manager calling parking enforcement to give me a citation., he has mental problems seriously,he needs to get his head examined

My boyfriend and I moved into Arpeggio Apartments last week and we LOVE it. Roland, the leasing manager, is the best. He helped to make sure our move-in was as hassle-free as possible, including letting us borrow his parking spot so moving boxes in was more convenient. Taylor, the other leasing office member was very nice and welcoming. The apartment itself is large, spacious, and clean. There were a couple maintenance issues (loose brackets, missing fridge rack) that we brought to management's attention and they were prompt in getting back to us with a service order. My wife and I moved into this building a few weeks ago, and we love it. By far the best value in Pasadena. The office staff were great in assisting us through the leasing process, making it painless. Rents can be paid online, which is really convenient. The real kicker for my wife and I? In unit laundry. Most of the apartments in Pasadena in this price range are older buildings either with shared laundry rooms or no on site laundry at all.

My wife and I moved into Arpeggio Pasadena about five weeks ago and we are absolutely loving the apartment and the complex, that is pet friendly. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious, everything works fine and the prices are very reasonable. A special thanks to Mr. Roland from the leasing office, who has been very helpful since day one. The whole staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend Arpeggio Pasadena.

The location is excellent. Old Pasadena, Target, and Whole Foods are just 3 minutes away by car and <15 minutes away walking. Rent was the best I could find for this area with in-unit laundry. I appreciate the Whirlpool appliances (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer) and the dual-pane windows, which moderate the temperature. The complex is very clean and safe, requiring a key fob to unlock the gates/doors. Lastly, the apartment manager Roland and the rest of the staff are very helpful and attentive to residents’

We have been living in Arpeggio Pasadena for a bit less than 4 weeks and we are very happy with our two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment. It is very well distributed with a nice balcony that can accommodate a table and chairs for three people. Our apartment is very luminous and well insulated from outside noise thanks to the double-windows; the walls and the floor are also well insulated from the other units; the water pipes however are less insulated. Our appartement was not upgraded yet with wood flooring and high end home appliance equipment; the kitchen also shows a bit its age but the apartment

Who owns and manages this place? I helped my friend move into this apartment last night and it is INFESTED with ROACHES... which have now spread to our cars and work places because of the multitude of roaches that have traveled through our bags in LESS THAN 12 hours. I can't believe that any property manager or cleaning crew would approve this before letting us move in. There is no way this could have been overlooked - there is also no way we are the only ones dealing with this. Get your act together, Arpeggio. This is disgusting.

We had an appointment today, at 1:30pm, to tour some apartments. We arrived a few minutes early and the office was closed. We used the intercom to call the office, but no answer. Ok, so we waited. Still nothing, 5 minutes later. It is a HOT day today, very humid and we made an appointment for a reason. We called the number listed on Google and talked with someone at a different building. He said, yes, we were on the schedule at 1:30pm. He was not sure why there was no one there, but to give it a few more minutes. We waited, 10 minutes past our appointed time. We lost everything in this building...one of the worst experiences in our lives!
We moved to this apartment complex on July 2016 and booked one of the units through Airbnb. Unfortunately, while staying at there and looking for a permanent place, our Unit got broken into and everything we had brought with us including our passports, birth certificates, national ID cards, all our academic diplomas etc. got stolen! This is in addition to the huge financial loss due to the stolen jewelry, laptops, even specialty contact lenses etc...obviously police were immediately notified and involved. We are still

I would have given 0 if I could. The most irresponsible manager on the planet either regarding the cleaning of the building or regarding the tenants concerns. I feel the management (Amy) doesn't care about anything but having people who pay her for no service. Awfull in an unbelievable way. I prefer to sleep in my car rather than spending one more night there. Unsafe, unclean and smells terrible. If I can go back in time I will never stay there. Long story short our apartment got broken into and I surely believe this is the management fault that didn't make sure the previous tenant

I've been a resident for 6 years now and don't see myself living anywhere else until I can own. Aimee and Taylor are wonderful managers. Very responsive to any problems or issues that arise. During the time I've lived here, any repair issues I've had have always been resolved. If there was ever a problem, Aimee or Taylor would make sure that it was fixed to to my liking. Lived here for nine months on a temporary work assignment and have nothing to complain about. Yes, it's expensive, but the building is gated and garage parking is included in the rent; they also allow pets. The place is clean, kept up properly, and fairly quiet.

I felt the need to write a positive review for this complex since all the negatives almost kept me from moving in. However, I'm glad I went with my gut and did so. Having lived here for almost 8 months I can confidently say this is a decent place to live. Rent isn't the cheapest and there aren't any amenities to really brag about besides the gym, but it's still a nice place to be. It's quiet and comfortable and in my opinion safe. So much so that even though my car had been unlocked for 3 days straight, nothing happened to it.
