Well the management team certainly made the moving in process as easy as they could. They were very forthcoming by telling me, and this is a “, “the parking sucks.“ That’s fine, I can live with a short walk from the other parking area. But is no one talking about the hot water situation? I’ve had three or four mornings in the two weeks I’ve lived there where there simply wasn’t hot water. Now that’s a code violation. It turns out that this is an ongoing issue all over the building certainly on my area that’s furthest from the boilers. How do I know this? The maintenance engineer

Hudson is great! Beautiful property and location. The management team is outstanding. Special shout out to Tony as he is quick and punctual with clients, follow-ups, and communication. He’s always going the extra mile & very attentive! He is just amazing, so helpful in assisting us throughout the process and has really made this a super positive experience. From the beginning to end He’s been so professional and has a complete knowledge/understanding of the building and was able to match us to an ideal unit. Let me just start off by saying this is a 100% honest review & wasn’t paid by the management to mention anyone but have lived at Hudson for the past year now & it has been absolutely great!
Some of the pros living here
-nice clean updated community
-amazing management & service ( we have only ever had two times where we have needed maintenance & literally within 10 minutes of sending in our request someone has came to fix it) which is insane after reading other reviews of other communities in our area we are a little nervous to leave Hudson but are currently in need of more square footage

R.C. was amazing to work with for my self tour on Saturday. She made it a point to make sure I had everything I needed for my visit. Beautiful complex right in the heart of Pasadena. Well designed apartments overlooking a beautiful and landscaped pool. The apartments are spacious and have beautiful amenities. I was really impressed with the under counter lighting in the bathrooms that comes on automatically when one enters. Nice kitchen and great outdoor spaces for each unit. A beautiful place to live in pasadena.
