By far my best experience at an apartment complex.
Management: Marilyn and Manuela are AMAZING. I moved here from out of state during the pandemic and had to do everything virtually. They made the entire moving process easy and constantly reached out to see if they could assist with anything. They know residents by name and care about our concerns. Ivan from Maintenance has been awesome, he comes very quickly after submitting a request and communicate frequently with you to inform you of what was fixed and any other issues.

Oh man! I don’t even live here and I’m giving it 5 stars! Here’s why: I was purchasing a futon from a tenant who had just finished school and was moving out because she just got a job. She wasn’t able to meet me for pick up so instead I met with building management. Janette was the kindest and most helpful person I’ve dealt with in a while. She even helped my husband carry the futon down to the uhaul! If she is like this with people that aren’t even tenants, I cannot imagine what it’s like to live there. Plus, the apartments were quaint, secure and within walking distance to old town
