Ckean, bright, modern, Euro-style café with tasty food, beverage and beer/cider. Has lots of undior spaces, plus outdoor spaces with heaters, with live Irish traditional music sessions in the fenced back patio area on Sunday afternoons. What's not to love? Parking is pay-on-street except Sundays. Game days parking will be challenging.

The veggie hash with salmon was affordable, quick, reasonably healthy as it had a lot of veggies and healthy protein. Not the most flavorful or unique dish. I added hot sauce.

Cute little cafe with a good breakfast menu. Portions are small but was still satisfied with my choices. Thumbs up to French toast and breakfast sandwich.

This a sweet secret for have a late dinner or do homework late at nite. The staff is SO friendly. Grace and Nadia are so nice and very friendly. The prices are great and the garlic fries are fresh and delicious. Great pastries. It's my friends great little place to eat.

Found this little place quite charming during my stay in the Hostel just upstairs. The Cafe offers guest free breakfast in the morning. The staff is nice & attentive, the place is clean, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the food is fresh. I ate dinner here 2x during my stay a simple grilled cheese with hot chocolate and I had no complaints. When I return to Portland again in the Spring, I will return. 💜

Cute place, friendly staff, too small of portions (got my meals to go). Also, I think they should just not serve fruit with the breakfast. They only put three small pieces in. One grape, melon slice, and pineapple

Great lunch and good for breakfast as well. It's a cute spot because you are close to couch park and can do some people watching of the people staying at the hostel. Lots of great conversations if you're comfortable chatting with people. Owners are nice and usually around as well. Beer on tap, coffee, pastries, and vegan and vegetarian options.

Not much to say other than please see the picture for what Hostel Cafee considers a 12 dollar meal. Didn't see it until we got home unfortunately. We will not be back.

Had breakfast there because of the extensive mentions of vegan dishes. We were there as they opened at 7am, and could not have been more pleased with our respective breakfast dishes and the coffee. They have oat and almond milk, and served on ceramic plates and cups. Nice touch these days.
Variety of comfortable seating areas and arrangements.
Staff were friendly enough and we enjoyed our visit.
We will definitely be back!
