I absolutely love living here! The apartments are so spacious and very cozy. It feels like a real home rather than apartment. Tons of storage space, and the apartments are very beautiful. The neighborhood is so great too. Walking distance to several parks and sports fields. Grocery stores and restaurants only a 2 minute drive away. And there are great restaurants right across the street walking distance too. Very dog friendly as well. The leasing staff (shoutout to Ian!) and maintenance have been super helpful and kind. I was a bit worried their enthusiasm and helpfulness would change once I signed

We just moved in and it has been AMAZING! Submitted my first service request of some little odds and ends we'd found over the 1st month of being here, nothing urgent. I left for work Monday came home and it was all fixed! The staff had been excellent as well! Everyone is super helpful and always there to answer your questions! Thanks folks!

Ian at Campbell Run Apartments has been our move in contact. He has been extremely helpful, communicative, and thorough. Upon move in there was a small welcome bag with coupons for local businesses and small household items we might need. Our daughter had fun checking everything out. I've been very happy living here at Campbell Run. My recent experiences with the management team made me want to jump on here and leave a five star review. I appreciate the level of communication and the community atmosphere they foster. I love my apartment. The views from my balcony and windows are unrivaled. The grounds are wooded and grassy. Nothing beats having our own dog park. The neighbors are very friendly. There is so much within walking distance. And the office team are great to work with.
