Updated: So coming up on my 1 year anniversary here. Still pretty happy. Lease renewal rate was steep but under the amount I expected. I love the location. Staff is great. Really great value for the area.

I moved from out of state and they just made everything really easy. Andy is the best! Seriously, even my 10 y/o daughter says ‘he’s so nice’. All of the staff are very responsive. We loved living at Willina Ranch. If it wasn't for the fact that our circumstances changed and we no longer needed to rent an apartment, we would still be there. The property is peaceful and private, there's a little white noise from the freeway but not objectionable at all. Our deck was huge, and it backed up to a wetlands area that was great to look at and was always green and quiet.
Inside the apartment, we were able to set up comfortably, the layout (Dakota) was really great. We never heard our neighbors at all, with the exception of normal and slight upstairs neighbors walking around type

This review is long overdue. We moved out a little over a year ago but we stayed at Willina for 3 full years! We loved it here and were sad to leave but we were moving across state. The property is managed extremely well by Dawn. She was the manager the whole time we were there. If anything did break, it was fixed quickly. She was kind and easy to work with and it was a joy to go to the office to say hi!
Willina Ranch is placed very well next to I5. You would think the freeway would be louder but we couldn’t here it. We had a single bedroom and the layouts worked very well. The apartments are

AMAZING. I lived here for two years. The units are very nice, modern, and well-maintained. They do a great job of maintaining the property. The front office and maintenance crew are helpful, friendly, and very quick to respond to any concern. When our microwave went out, they were quick to provide a replacement. Honestly, I'm not sure how their maintenance crew works so fast. The pool, hot tub, and gym are always clean. Parking was never really a concern either. If you come home late, you may have to park a little farther away, but still within the complex and in a safe area.

The apartment themselves are alright however they are pricey. Im sure the updated ones are alot nicer, the one I lived in was looking dated. I definitely lived worse a places though. Gonna miss this place in a weird way. It's usually pretty quiet, I don't think I heard my neighbor's once the entire time living there. Commute to Microsoft is quick if you take the back roads. The showers are amazing, as a tall person this was the first time the shower head was actually above my head since I was a kid. The giant bathtub is pretty nice too.
