I've lived here 17 months and love it. The complex is well managed by a team of 4 who are very responsive to maintenance issues, neighbor noise (of which I have had almost none) and any questions or concerns that have come up. Also, the man who cleans the building common areas does a fantastic job. This is just a very well run complex. The units are spacious and nicely appointed with more than the standard closet space for an apartment. The location is great too with just a short walk to downtown Woodinville, groceries and the fabulous plant nursery Molbak's. If you're looking for

I lived at the Chateau Woods Apartments for 9 years before buying a home. Overall, my experience was a pleasant one. I have always gotten along with the staff and found them very responsive when I had an issue. My neighbors were friendly. I had the benefit of living in a corner apartment which was quiet but also didn't get as hot in the summers given all the extra windows. My only issue, which is fairly common in the rental market, was that I could expect my rent to go up ($100-$150) when I renewed my lease each year. Julie, while you might not recognize my name, it does not negate the fact that I have lived here and this is an actual review of Chateau Woods Apartments and not a different property. I stand by what I said because it is an honest review and prospective renters should know that the rent is increased every year to the maximum amount allowed by the government, no matter what extenuating circumstances might be going on. On top of that, the management company doesn't care about it's renters only about the money it can make from them.

Chateau Woods lies from the get go. One of my best friend just signed a leased there, they lied saying that they have a dog park when in reality it is owned and maintained from Beaumont Apartments next door. I have never experience such terrible customer service, lying about the noise throughout the property as while as the demographic of people who live there, mostly children who run through the halls keeping us up all night. They are priced higher then other properties in the area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. You will regret it!
