Terrible place. I only stay out of convenience. I’ve been here 5- 6 years or so and maintenance issues are always a problem and aren’t fixed right the first time. Either I’m told I’m wrong and don’t know what I’m talking about with some smart alec comments. There are always so many issues with everything. Management has always been hoity toity and forgets we are real people. My carpet is literarily coming up. I would move if I could.

I put in a request for my bathtub faucet which constantly had issues with working properly and another for my refrigerator door which would not seal closed anymore. My bathtub faucet was replaced with a new one that is working much better, however for my fridge door I had to place two heavy stools in front of it for it to stay closed enough for me to not lose the food inside and the maintenance person who checked it out left a not informing me that he needed to order a new gasket for the door and then left without replacing the stools in front of the door so my fridge was left open for possibly

I have lived here for five years.
The management staff are phenomenal. Personable, fair, and responsive.
The amenities are fantastic: pool, hot tub, dry sauna, gym, and best of all, free designated parking spot.
The apartments are older, but to me that just adds to the character of the space. It doesn't feel like I live in some large desolate apartment complex. It feels like I live in a little village near the forest.

I lived at North Creek Heights for a year and I absolutely loved the community and staff! The community was clean, quiet, and friendly. Additionally, it has a lot of areas to walk your dog, and people are pretty good about picking up after them! All the staff was very helpful, from the people at the front desk to the handymen who assisted with service requests! Dominique in particular has been very friendly and attentive! My unit was a bit older so some of the older appliances were a bit finicky, but everything still worked :) The price for rent was very fair compared to other complexes! Overall

My husband and I have been living here for 4 years now. Overall, we have been happy. Wendy is the 3rd manager since moving in. She is wonderful! I love all the summer games and contests she’s been coming up with. It’s been fun! Any urgent maintenance needs have been taken care of in a timely matter. My favorite thing about the complex is it sits off the main roads.... and there are many old growth trees on the property..... it’s a peaceful place. You can hear the roar of 405 but I just pretend it’s a rapidly flowing river 😂. As far as the inside of the apartment, there is nothing fancy

Lovely spacious apartments. Affordable for the area and they happily welcome pets, which is a rare find locally. We've been here for 9 months and in the middle of the pandemic, the office has come up with fun online Bingo with cool prizes for us to win. The amenities are really well taken care of and the grounds are maintained weekly. The neighbors are very friendly and we've enjoyed our time here very much. Staff and maintenance folks are welcoming and NICE! We love nice!

We love the location! It’s just a short walk to grab coffee or a beer and near a small but neat trail system. Not to mention how easy it is to get on 405. The apartment could be improved with upgrade appliances and lighting fixtures, but we feel that for the price it’s fair! As an added bonus Wendy at the front is always so pleasant to talk with!

Moved in right at the beginning of the stay at home order and they handled our move in without a hitch. Anything we've asked for maintenance on was has been handled quickly and smoothly. We've had a good experience here and we've spent a lot of time at home(thanks corona)! The location is really nice. Close enough to stores etc but nestled in the hills and trees. The apartments are acceptable quality. Not the fanciest. But the prices are worth a few imperfections here and there.

Kaylee was extremely helpful getting me settled for my move from out of state. She made things very easy, even from a few thousand miles away. Units are ample size, with multiple storage options. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. The only drawback is that the complex is not gated, and there have been a rash of vehicle break-ins (mine included), as there are no garages.
