The staff was so professional and a pleasure to be around! I don’t normally enjoy going to the dentist but this was by far the best experience I have ever had! I will definitely be returning! Everything from the soft up-beat music to the warm towel, was amazing! Love this office and everyone in it! 😊

This practice is very well equipped and efficient. The staff is friendly and I was taken in quickly. They were able to get an appointment for me within 2 weeks when I was a new patient and my permanent retainer was broken, which I couldn’t find anywhere else. I will be returning for all of my routine care and any additional dental issues I have. Dr. McVety does an excellent job and should be very proud of his practice.

The staff here are very quick and very professional but also very courteous and kind. My visit to the dentist today was by far the most comfortable I've ever been in a dentists office after my childhood dentist left me traumatized and fearful of dental work. They called in antibiotics to the local pharmacy for me for an infection on a Sunday when… they were closed and helped me get the swelling to go down over the phone. Then they got me in right away this morning for emergency x-rays to decide on a game plan and had me set up and ready to go for the next appointment a couple weeks out to

My dental hygienist is very personable and does a great job cleaning my teeth. They had a TV on the ceiling with Netflix so I could watch a show or movie while getting my teeth cleaned. Also, I have a real hard time getting x-rays and they were very accommodating. Definitely will continue to visit here!

My experience was SPA like! I went for Whitening and was so surprised to have lavender heat placed on my neck, heat wax mitts for my hands(that was out of this world). I have never fallen alseep in a dentist chair before! REALLY. I received so much more than i expected. i had no intention of changing Dentists either, but after being educated about a few issues i knew I had, I will be. My current Dentist has not mentioned my recedding gums, perhaps because they don't have the technology to detect or correct? I am interested in keeping my beautiful teeth and will be going to this group of professional

I am a new patient at Casco Bay Smiles. I am having major work done and have been comfortable since day one of walking into the office. They are professional friendly and highly efficient. 10 stars if I could! I chipped my front tooth unexpectedly last night and they were able to fit me in today, this morning and fixed my tooth all before noon. WOW! On top of that the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr McVety and his team were fantastic to work with. Rob's work was clean, precise, fast and painless! I'll be recommending this practice to my friends and family. I look forward to being their patient moving forward.
