With the magic of Kundalini Yoga and the healing waves of the gong, anyone can achieve this state of being. My favorite part of any yoga class is during the gong layout when my students sigh deeply. You will teach your body to create more dopamine and serotonin (the yummy feel good chemicals) and less cortisol and adrenaline (the fight or flight chemicals).

My name is Eileen Murphy, and I teach a combination of kundalini yoga and energy medicine. I started out teaching kundalini yoga, but the more I studied the different healing modalities throughout the world, I started to notice that they all speak the same energy language, and they all compliment each other.
