Wattage is the best gym I’ve found in Chicago. I’ve worked with multiple trainers on post-injury strength building rehab exercises. Annalise is awesome- can adjust to any ability level while also pushing you to do your best! She also knows her way around a workout playlist. This gym can get the biggest muscle-y types to reach their goals but is just as welcoming to someone who has huge restrictions on activity.

My husband and I love Wattage, and in particular Kane, our trainer. We both workout with Kane 2x/week and have been impressed by how professional and nice he is, along with everyone at Wattage. We truly look forward to our sessions. The facility is clean, very strict with covid-related restrictions (which makes us feel very safe), and we have had a great experience so far! We recommend Kane and Wattage to all of our friends and to anyone contemplating signing up with them.

I have trained with Aaron, Brittany, and Annalise. My experience with each trainer has been exceptional. Communication and scheduling is very easy. The sessions are tailored to your goals and each trainer has been highly experienced and very technical. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place where you will get the results you want!

Wattage is very clean and always has been.
With the virus, Arron has changed everything to make the gym as germ free as possible.
Wattage has excellent trainers and is carefully booked to make everyone feel comfortable during their personal work out. It is well
equipped but thankfully not with machines.
It is the best, no matter ones age.

This is a really great gym with talented and thoughtful trainers. I've been going here for over 14 months (well, the last 9 months have been "virtual") and it's been positively life-changing. Annalise has helped craft a workout program for me that's not only challenging, but the 1st exercise program I've ever had that I actually look forward to. Oh, and the facility is absolutely top-notch, even in The Before Times, it's far and away the cleanest gym I've ever been in (and the bathroom is practically a mini-spa!).
Highly recommend checking them out.

I started at Wattage back in November of 2017 with the goal of just losing quick weight for a trip to Mexico 2 months down the road. Holding myself to going to the gym on my own just wasn't cutting it; I would find an excuse 9 out of 10 times on why I didn't have to go or couldn't go. I live just 1 block from Wattage so I thought it would be the perfect place to start. Fast forward 4 months and I am in love with Wattage, my trainer (Brittany!) and how I feel. Not only has Brittany helped me lose close to 20 lbs + gaining muscle, but she has me eating right, feeling confident and

My Orthopedic Surgeon recommended Wattage for post-rehab knee replacement. The trainers at Wattage coordinated with my physical therapist and doc to help me get back to the activity level pre-surgery. These guys are not your average health club trainers. They are extremely knowledgeable about the science behind the body, movement, etc. I not only got back to my pre-surgery fitness level but stayed working with my personal trainer who is now helping me improve flexibility, balance and core. The gym has a cool vibe. Excellent equipment. Huge open layout. It's not chatty or flashy. Very welcoming

Wattage is a great personal training gym! All of the trainers at Wattage are extremely knowledgeable and really care about your progress. I began training with them after my knee surgery. I feel without going to Wattage my knee problems never would have gotten better. I feel so much more comfortable with my daily activities and have gotten a lot stronger throughout the years.
If you are looking for a small focused gym I would recommend Wattage- I love going there because I always feel comfortable and never self-conscious. Many other gym are over crowded- Wattage is extremely clean and organized

As a former international athlete, I have seen many gyms, from small studios to major corporate chains. This place is far and away the best facility I have had the opportunity to work out at. From professional and knowledgeable trainers to high caliber equipment, Wattage is top notch.
I love coming in here 5-6 times a week to stay fit! I would recommend it to anyone, beginner, expert, post injury, pre race, sport specific.
I forgot to mention how great the showers are! How many gyms have heated tiled floors in the bathroom?

You'll get the most customized and innovative workout at Wattage and with Aaron. His dedication to form and his attention to performance make each session effective, safe, and fun! More importantly, with each session he learns more about what works best for you individually and uses that knowledge to tailor workouts specifically for your strengths and weaknesses. Aaron's attention to detail helps make each workout some of the best, and hardest, I have ever had! Plus, he has this way about him that challenges you without making you feel forced.
I look forward to each workout I have at Wattage!
