Current living in a unit I didn’t apply for
They don’t fix anything
I have brown water running throw my faucets
I have lights with no covers it’s been like this 3mo after moving in I’m at my 14mon mark still NOTHING fixed
The will harass you about rent but doesn’t fix anything don’t have Handicapp parking police are always here it’s a mess and they ask to much plus raising your rent every year
Remind you I’m a foster Parent they get government funds for my unit but won’t make it livable an NOT ONE of the bed rooms have a light

I inquired about a townhome listed on their website for $1194-$1239. They stated that their townhomes are renting at $1388, but continue to list them online at $1194-$1239. I would avoid this place, seems to be shady management practices. I ended up reporting them to the housing authority for false advertising and bait and switch. I’m sure they will lie and say that’s the starting price (even though it isn’t listed anywhere in the ad), but they need to learn a lesson that they shouldn’t try screwing people over

Don’t live here!
Management never answers the phone or responds to emails (I’m still waiting for a response to an email I sent several months ago). Multiple times I haven’t even been able to get to the trash compactor or recycling bins on the property because of the amount of garbage piled up in front of the trash compactor/recycling bins. My license plates were stolen off my car while it was parked out front of the apartments. We had a damaged door that I asked to be fixed and it never got fixed so my fiancé and I had to find a way to “fix” it ourselves. We were promised something

I waited 1 year of living here before writing a review.
Cons:
You can NEVER get a hold of the office on the phone. I can call multiple times receive no answer, then walk to the office and see the administrator sitting there doing nothing. This has happened on 3 separate occasions and has happened to other residents as well.
There are at least 2 garages that for a fact homeless people are living in. Those occupants have also blunty asked other residents for drugs. We have told management about this and still nothing gets done.

Maybe price depending what they are going for now.

Iv been in two different apartments living here under a year because unit 2793 had a flood from the upstairs bathroom there was a bunch of mold in the bathroom walls that they didn't properly take care of so I told them inwas getting a lawyer so then they decided to move me to unit 3047 with no deposit and 1 free month free rent!!¡¡ in too moving in to unit 3047 they said I couldn't do a walk through because of covid!!¡¡ on the day of move in we noticed one bedroom had no electricity the bathroom sink was leaking and one bedroom didn't have a door it took calling every other day for 3 months

I currently live here, and my BIGGEST issue here is the people they let rent here. So much drug dealing and bad people around here. Everyone here management and maintaince wise are always really friendly. I have one of the older apartments and they come fix what they can. Just wish they wouldn't let the people they do here. Or we need more security.

While touring & putting in applications, we were told we’re applying for a certain apartment on the north side. However, after approval they told us we’d have to move into a different unit. Not once, but twice they told us this. We never even got to see the unit they assigned us until after we moved in. Once we did move in, it definitely was not move in ready. The dishwasher had a foul smell as if it was moldy from the inside out, cabinets were squeaky and screws were rusty. There were numerous holes & cracks that needed

I recently moved here and am really liking it. The neighbors and management are very friendly. Any time I've contacted management they are quick to answer my questions and help out in any way. The location is super convenient with a ton of shopping options near by. The area is kept clean and safe and has lights with sensors throughout the community.

New owners and we finally got an Apartment Manger! They are actually friendly, helpful, and care about you. I have been here 3 years and have been asking for a simple repair to be done since shortly after I moved in. The previous owners said they would do it and then never did. The new Manager made sure it would get done! Can't wait to see how they change this place!
