Moved to Village at Three Fountains two months ago and love it! I toured the property with Isaac and he was very attentive as to what I was looking for in an apartment. Since moving in I had a couple of requests needing assistance and Adam, the other property leasing manager, assisted me and resolved my questions. What is important to me, aside from a safe property, are the managers. Adam and Isaac are attentive, always answer or return calls and do not make my questions seem trivial. They have a can-do attitude, smile and just get the job done. I appreciate this and makes my stay at the apartments

Super nice place & the agent at the three Fountain Village are very nice and caring , they make the move as comfortable as possible. And staff are extremely responsive, and two steps ahead on everything. The property itself is extremely well kept, and offers all the amenities you’d need. This property, and management has set the bar for apartments in the area. Great experience overall. And I recommend family and friends to live there

Before moving in, the amenity I was most excited about at V3F was the on-site dog park - and it has not disappointed! The park has been great for my dog to get his energy out at the end of the day, and he's made so many new friends. Additionally, management and maintenance have always been responsive and helpful!

Been living here for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it. The apartments are so nice, modern, and clean. As well as the pool, gym, community room and movie theater room. I'm always excited to have guests over because I love showing it off. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Devon. They always address all my concerns right away. I have no issues with this apartment. It really is luxury at an affordable price.
