Never fails to disappoint... one of the late night spots for food options past 1am in LA. Every time I've ordered, something always goes wrong due to careless staff. The food is mediocre & lacks flavor. Overpriced hospital food to say the least. Be prepared to spend $100+ for food that lacks in all departments . Get better staff & chefs this is extremely disappointing..

I love berri"s!! I have never been disappointed. Idk maybe because I keep ordering the same dish, Steak Frites. But I love the smoothies n the desserts too. I ordered the chicken tortilla soup . I saw the chef in the back kitchen coughing and literally moving his mask and wiping his nose with the mask . I asked them to please remake the tortilla soup again and they told me they would not do it, that it was fine. My friend decided he would eat it to prove that there was nothing wrong with it . And he got COVID and was hospitalized - from that night. This place is very unclean and disgusting .

I went with the lobster pizza. And let me just tell you I am not above spending a lot of money for food I shop at Erewhon on a regular basis and so when I say this there are a lot of things right with the pizza and there are a lot of things wrong with the pizza first off I liked that they had a gluten-free option but it wasn’t very well cooked the dough was still not ready I had to take the pizza home and actually finish cooking it in my oven with a different sauce like I put a pesto on it (from erewhon) and so yeah the sauce wasn’t that good even though it’s supposed to be a really high

I will Never go to this restaurant again . The blonde girl in the front was very rude to our party . We got terrible service . And the seating staff , extremely rude . The pizza was terrible and they overcharged us and we had to get the bill corrected as they charged us for someone else’s order. It is very unclean in the bathroom .

I ordered the salmon penne pasta with brocolini. It looked delicious in he picture.
Bruh... they basicly put un seasoned un salted freezer burned, microwaved salmon in a bowl of pasta and poured plain milk on it and garnished with 2 spriggs of brocolini.

no garlic!
no basil!
no oil!
nothing fresh!
total waste of money!

I don't know where Postmates got their 4.7 star rating for this place from but that definitely felt like a scam and I should have looked this place up on Yelp before I ordered from here..
If could give this place a negative star rating I would.
The brussel sprouts were slathered in cream sauce so they tasted like mush and honestly completely killed my appetite all together after one bite.
The penne bolognese wasn't much better.. tasted like store bought pasta with sauce straight out of a jar, zero flavor. YUCK

Before we got seated the Host looked my sister and I down and someone beside her gave us a look and said something in Armenian, after she said what she said the Host told me and my sister "you have to spend 50.00 per person". We've been here MULTIPLE TIMES. Was NEVER told this and of course we always spend more than 150.00 there anyways and that's not including 40 dollar tips.. The whole vibe was awkward.. and we ordered lobster pizza and got shrimp lol.. We didn't even complain. Use to be one of my places. Sucks I won't be going there EVER!!!! Wish I can give this

I took my friend here, excited because I enjoyed the take out lobster pizza before. However, things were good until the end. The waitress told us the credit card machine was down and to go to the Atm in the back. We asked if it was an additional charge for ATM she said no. That was a lie, we were charged $3 extra. The worst part was she originally didn't count the total right and acted as if we were trying to under pay her (not an issue if the credit card machines work). She acted a bit mean after thinking we underpaid. However, she counted again and found out she was in the wrong.

While we decided if we were actually going to eat there the impatient waitress and VERY rude manager made a few inappropriate statements. We digressed and decided that we would still eat there. The waitress was nice after but the rude manager would come trying to scream over the LOUD music to talk to the waitress while she was helping

I've been coming to Berri's for years and would've probably given them more stars; however they've implemented policies that requires you to spend $50 to $100 per person depending where you sit, which is kind of a turn off. On a positive note the restaurant has a great ambiance and is open til 4 am (because they don't serve alcohol).

Finally came to try the lobster pizza people always talk about. It was good but maybe a little overrated. The way people talk about it I was expecting the most amazing pizza ever lol.
I ordered the 12" pizza through grub hub for $32 if you order straight from the restaurant it's $39. Just a tip if you want to save some money.

Lobster pizza was ok, Brussels sprouts good, Caesar salad was great,
Service - horrible. It took 15 minutes to get a glass of water with lemon and another 20 minutes to get the bill to leave but two other things were worst than that.
1. Insulted me and my other 3 black and Hispanic friends by telling us we had to spend a minimum of $200 just to get a table there NOT in VIP.
2. The bill came with a mandatory 20% gratuity even if the service was horrible and it was AND THEN offered an abridged version of the bill where it suggests ANOTHER 15-25% tip OVER AND ABOVE THE MANDATORY 20%!!!!!!

The desserts look amazing. I only tried the creme brûlée. It was great. Not the best ever but still really good. The Caesar was good and the pasta my family ordered was pretty good. It has clams and mussels in it sure what it was called but it's that one. The ambience was amazing I love that they're open till 4 AM. Music was in point for a lounge. Vibey

Berri's was a massive disappointment. We were seated immediately but waited 37 minutes before getting impatient and trying to get a servers attention. We watched numerous people pass us, no one even offered water. Their service is below subpar. Once we finally received some attention our food took way too long to come. We ordered the fungi pizza and tortilla soup. The food was decent but would probably be better/faster to go. It would be one thing if the restaurant was busy, but we were one of seven tables seated. We watched parties seated AFTER us receive service almost immediately. Horrible
