I love their food.
Pros: It's good quality and good presentation. I'm addicted to their cranberry muffin lol. Their sandwiches are really delicious and have good quality ingredients. I also love their vitality smoothie.
Cons: it's a little pricey $$. It's ok for one person but it get expensive when I buy for other people. Can ther day I bought 2 orange juices and 2 smoothies. My bill was almost $40. . And the parking. Sometimes it's full. Sometimes there's spaces available. It's a gambling game.
Not a con: Oh and the other day, I ordered a turkey sandwich and

The food is great and it didn't take long to get it. Yea he breakfast burritos were flavorful and the coffee was great too. The menu is simple, but they got their recipes down. I've been a few times and it's not the best breakfast place ever but it's definitely worth trying and I promise you won't be disappointed.

1. Crab cakes benedict: Wonderful. The eggs were poached perfectly and the crab cakes were really good. Nice sized portion.
2. Biscuits and Gravy: Eh. My biggest complaint was - they didn't use real biscuits. Instead, they used sourdough bread(?). The gravy was tasty however. I wouldn't recommend getting this...
The servers were extremely friendly, the food came out fast and the crab cakes were about $10 cheaper that other places. I'm glad I found this place. I'd recommend!

This is the best brunch and lunch spot in North Beach and nearby environs. The food is great and the service is even better. Bird's often has big band music on the speakers and local art on the walls that make for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The prices are reasonable as well. My favorite is the Mexican omelette, but I've sampled other dishes as well and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

We ordered two different burgers with fries and asked that they be cut in half so we could try them both. The burgers are of very good quality and flavored just right, and big enough to keep me full all night. They offer french fries that are between string and steak fries, I prefer the thicker french fries. There's outdoor seating available but it gets kind of noisy due to the busy street.

Love this place. The people that work there were friendly and I love the vibe when I walked into the cafe, pretty chill, with their beautiful art decors surroudning its walls. I got the sunrise tacos and they were pretty delicious! Kind of pricey but worth it for my first-time experience. I look forward to trying their french toast and other stuff on their menu when I come back to California next time.

Place looked interesting, but mediocre service isn't convincing enough to come back.
I got my order mixed up, didn't realized until I got to sit down at work and open the box, that I got the wrong item.
Funny how they were very pay attention to people and their face mask being worn properly while inside.
That same attention should be forwarded to bagging orders.
Food and coffee were alright.

Been back to Bird's Nest several times since writing my last review, and I think the food is consistently good enough to warrant that extra star! Yeah, it's a little expensive, but the food and ambiance are worth it.
Brownie points because during a meal here one time I straight-up forgot I had a Zoom meeting to attend and I could hop on my computer and connect to their wifi to save face. If this restaurant isn't adjusting to the trying times of pandemic, I don't know what restaurant is!!

This is my second time coming to Bird's Nest Cafe, and it definitely won't be my last. Every time I come here the food quality is never anything short of delicious. The speed in which they make the food is impressive as well. I ordered the Cali Burger, and I have to say that this burger is one of the few I've tried that doesn't need ANY sauce because it's packed with flavor. The meat was juicy and cooked well. They give a generous amount of fries as well. My cousin ordered a chicken torta and she said it was tasty as well. I like that this cafe has bottled sodas- they taste

This was a really cool place near the USC campus with reasonable prices. My friend and I had two breakfast burritos with truffle fries that was out of this world. They add a generous amount of parmasran which went a long way. We also requested one of those burritos to be vegetarian and they got the order right- I called for a pick-up. The macaroons were meh as was the parking. I'd be back. The side salad with watermelon was a nice touch and the thick balsamic dressing was pretty cool; I don't think I've had one as thick before.

Bird's Nest Cafe is always our go to when we visit my grandma. I have never had a bad experience with this place, always consistent with their service, food, and time. They are extremely quick and straight forward while ordering and while picking up, it is perfect since there are tons of people ordering over Yelp or in person. I never leave hungry and i'm always satisfied with every bite, I thank my father for my appetite.
If you are looking for a great breakfast spot in LA and you are one to get overwhelmed by all the options, Bird's Nest is perfect. Many options for those in

On the corner of Vermont and 24th; a busy intersection in LA and of course down the way from USC. This location had lots of people coming in and out at all times while we sat down for some lunch. You have the option to sit outside or inside but I recommend sitting outside as the inside is quite small. You order your food inside and they give you a pager that vibrates once your food is all done. My bf got the "Oh my Goodness" burrito with a salad and I went with their club sandwich with French fries. There is a $2 up charge for French fries with any order FYI. For drinks we got a regular

I have been eyeing this place since April and I finally decided to give it a try.
Very cute spot to go to for brunch. They serve breakfast all day. They have outdoor seating. The inside is very small, minimal seating. Very friendly staff, offer you water while you look at the menu/ while you're waiting. I got the Cali burger with fries. I was going to wait to get home to try it but Decided I would take a bite. I gotta say it was very worth it. Can't wait to try their breakfast items.

Stumbled across this place after my husband was craving eggs & bacon. (I am vegan/gluten-free, I had the acai bowl)
I am not reviewing this place because of their lack of Vegan & Gluten-free options because I do not believe this place is intended to cater to Vegan & Gluten free people but I will be reviewing this place due to their environment, effort, and cleanliness.
Overall, the interior of the cafe seems like they do not put too much effort. They do have cute wall decor but that is about it. You can see the storage unit from inside the place, they have a lot of little things

Ordered the Upriser breakfast burrito, French toast, and the Nutella crepes. Burrito got 4 of 5 stars. It's good but I've had better. Too much seasoning was my only complaint. The French toast was delicious and also got 4 of 5 stars. The syrup selection is not great which is why it got only 4 of 5 stars. Sorry but what is French toast without good syrup. Finally the Nutella crepes got 2 of 5 stars. They looked delicious but that's about it. The crepe was pretty bland. Good crepes are light, soft and airy. This crepe was the complete opposite. Do not recommend the crepe. The only thing they got

I have been here more than a few times. I have tried a small portion of their food and I have not been disappointed. Everything is delicious. From the French toast to the burgers. The sliders is the best way to know what burger to get. The service is also outstanding. I still have a few more dishes I have to come back to try. @raulvsfood

This place is really good for breakfast. The latte spoon's are made of chocolate which gives it a unique taste, which is yummy. The side salad is really good which can be upgrade for hashbrowns. Come early because it does get full. There's outside seating if you like that. FYI, not the cheapest place around but worth it. Over all, a great place.

Fantastic food! I come to this place frequently because I have a business close by. It stays busy during the weekday and the only decent eatery in the neighborhood which is why it probably stays busy. It is also open late which I appreciate. Has ample parking in the back. The breakfast tacos are my go to, they also have really good sandwiches and fries. The french toast is really popular.
