Took apart my entire car and had it back together in just a few hours, one of the best mechanics I have ever worked with. Buyer Beware. This is my first and last time using Taysom Tire. I was referred to Taysom Tire, so I thought they must be a reputable company. I took my vehicle for a diagnosis. They evaluated the vehicle for an hour at a cost of $95 and asked for permission to continue to evaluate for an additional hour (another $95). Before giving permission I asked what they suspected as the problem. They told me they thought it was a bad computer. I then asked what it would be to replace the computer? I was quoted around $1100. I gave permission to continue to diagnose. They called back later that evening and

I have only had good experiences here at Taysom Tire. I've taken all three of my vehicles here, including my old 1980s motorhome, and have never been disappointed with the service I've received. They are honest and upfront about what work needs to be done versus what you can wait to fix. They often will do work above and beyond at no extra cost. I recommend these guys to everyone. They are excellent mechanics. They'll let me call and ask advice on how my vehicle is behaving and give me suggestions on what to do and what to watch out for. They are good guys and probably the most trustworthy

Had to purchase a new car this weekend on Saturday because they were closed after bringing my car into them on Friday. I had a small problem and they fixed it with a new oil cap and something else. Little did I know that they also destroyed something in my engine. I have never had problems with that, and after I got my car back from them I couldn't even drive up the small hill to get to my house without the whole car shaking and not able to accelerate. After paying them $400 I couldn't even drive over 40 miles an hour on the freeway. It was smoking from the hood and I was shocked. Thanks

Taysom Tire is the only place I trust 100% with my car maintenance and repair. I have had a lot of issues come up with my car this year from tires to repairs and they have always been fair and reasonable. They do a great job and are fair priced. My husband took his truck here to get an alignment. There ended up being problems with the front end of his truck. They said that both lower ball joints were bad and that one upper was bad, as well as something being wrong with 2 tire rods. We were both listening on the phone as he quoted price which was $869 and some cents. I put $870 in my husbands account to pay for it. He got there and the guy said it was $967 and we must have "misheard" what he said. He said he quoted $916 and then he installed another $40 part without our approval. They are liars and cheats don't go here.

A few months ago I purchased used tires at Taysom Tire Company in Orem. I returned a few weeks ago with a flat tire for the free puncture repair. I called ahead to confirm the service was free and was assured it was. After the service was completed the manager gave me a bill. When I explained that I had purchased the tires from Taysom and had been assured I would not be charged. Shockingly the manager stomped his foot and yelled "dang it!" before regaining composure and crumpling up the bill. I don't know why he was so disappointed a returning customer was claiming a courtesy service
