The HONEST mechanic shop. I can’t have enough positive feedback for these guys they are amazing. Trent and his whole team were extremely honest on many of my vehicles and fixed the problem first time properly. Very quick to get me in and have never tried to sell me on a part I didn’t need. I've taken a company truck in for repairs and my personal truck. I would highly recommend for alignments. I'm a mechanic my self and always look for the best. They are very thorough in their inspections. I rotated my tires a 1000 miles ago and checked the front end and didn't have any play. On their inspection they found a bad tie rod. Price is good and I've been happy with both my alignments. 10 out of 10 recommend

I’ve come here quite a few times from various things ranging from oil changes to alignments to more complex jobs. The staff is very friendly and the place was clean. The last time I was in a had a not so great experience. A part that they originally had replaced was already defective after less than a year. At first, they stated they would honor the warranty. Once the part arrived, they said that the manufacturer would not cover the cost of labor and I would have to pay for them to install the part which I felt was not acceptable as they had originally installed it. I was stuck on the side of the road a few blocks west of Family Tire Pros with a flat tire during a rainstorm. Taylor came to my rescue! He came to where I was broken down on the side of the road and put on my spare tire for me. He went above and beyond to help me, crawling on the wet pavement and getting muddy in order to help me. I highly recommend this shop and their outstanding employees.
