In 1968, a 24-year-old named Bob Schwenkfelder started a tire store on State Street in Boise, Idaho. Over the next 50 years, the company he launched would become one of the largest commercial and retail operations in the Northwest: Commercial Tire. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. One and done sort of visit. Although there was a miscommunication on the phone regarding tire sizes and width on my part, they dug through their inventories to make sure they don't have it. Luckily enough they found a pair that matches (245&275) and was billed $160, thus made progress toy truck's repair.

The service I received at this business is absolutely amazing! I was treated with great respect, and they went out of their way to fix the problem and even made more adjustments later free of charge. Update on my update: Commercial Tire sent the reimbursement check - and it turns out that they did keep their word in the end. There was a long delay, but I suspect COVID-19 has been causing delays for everyone. This business has been honest and very fair in the way they do business. Would recommend!

I bought commercial tires for my towtruck. They didn't have the ones I wanted so they convinced me to buy Hercules brand. I didn't want to but they told me to go ahead and buy them because if anything I mean anything happens they would replace at no charge. So I bought them and I'm back with a damaged tire. First they said it wasn't under warranty and after arguing with them they said yea we said that but the company doesn't do it no more. That has nothing to do with me or what they told me. Stopped in today for a free pre-trip check today. I was extremely impressed with how thorough the crew at Commercial Tire was. They went over my old motor home and checked it all out. They made a few recommendations but didn't pressure me into anything. Now the wife can feel a little safer on our trip. Thanks guys! I will certainly be back.

I have been here a total of two times so far and have been overly impressed each visit. The customer service is excellent each and every person I talk to was kind and helpful in explaining things to me that were wrong with my car. They are reasonably priced and they give you a realistic amount of time that it's going to take to be completed. I feel that they are very honest and trustworthy which is hard to come by in this line of work so overall I felt like I was taken care of and I will continue to come back! I highly recommend

I have used this location for work on my Ram 3500 on several occasions over the years. It is a bit out of the way for me but they are my 'go to' shop for front end work.

Really nice people here. Came here after going to Les Schwab and them telling me that they could do the work. As soon as I get there they told me sorry but we can't do it for you. So I came down to commercial tire as soon as I drove in they walked out to greet me and asked how they could help. I asked if they could put new tires on my boat trailer and they said yes no problem. I am really happy with this place and the prices here are awesome alot better than les Schwab.
