Wow! I will definitely be back to Cox and recommend you choose them. From my first phone call, to my arrival for my appointment, to the finished product, the employees at Cox were professional and friendly. They quoted me directly for snow tires so I knew what my "out the door" cost would be which I appreciated- I went in knowing exactly what to expect, no surprise fees!
The waiting area is also super nice as a bonus- coffee, wifi, and plenty of outlets if you need to charge. The interior is definitely a step above what I am used to with car maintenance/repair. ALSO- I ordered a cheaper model

Hello I was very happy with the service at Cox Automotive. My Freightliner/Benz Sprinter Van had turbo issues and they took the most affordable options rather than going straight to a full replacement. Replacing my turbo would have been a major expense for me so I am very grateful that they replaced the sensor only for the time being allowing me to get back to work.

I had a list of things worked on my 1998 truck: Oil change, valve cover gaskets, tire rotation, some oil cooling hoses & seals, engine degrease, brake lines flush/fluid change, new alternator - no complaints, great service & I had many calls to and from the shop while they were working on my vehicle, they had my truck for several days and during that time the guys answered all my questions and I knew exactly what I was getting into. I spent as much on the work as I would on a root canal & cap for a single tooth. It's a nice big clean modern facility & garage, easy to find, good location.

I woke up to a flat tire and headed to Cox tire & Auto service to get it fixed as it was the only place open early in the morning. Kyle and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful getting me out of the door quickly. He even pulled a tire comparison for me for when I need to buy new tires. Just because he did this it makes me want to purchase them there. Excellent customer service.
