Over the years we have leased and rented many properties in several states. Never have I had such an inadequate, unprepared facility. I will briefly outline some of the issues we have had to deal with.
Upon arrival 3 of the four lights above the kitchen sink were burned out. After a few days you replaced them.
There was no drawer storage in any of the three bedrooms. Only the closets were useful for storage. After approximately a week, there chest of drawers were brought in.
There were no stools for the kitchen island. Several days after arrival two stools were obtained

Rent from these dishonorable real estate charlatans at your own risk. Couple in our 70s. March of ‘20, we rented for the entire month. We wanted to see it first hand, in March of ‘19, 12 months before our rental date. But we were only shown pretty pictures instead. No near enough. And we have good reason to believe the Actual Owners were in the unit at that time, so we could have see it. Anyway we trusted them. Mistake. Myles sounds very nice And we were fooled. March 1 we walked into a sad situation. Kitchen had pots and pans with baked in grease. Greasy broiler pans too. Knives with rust

Sadly, we had to cancel our reservation due to COVID-19 restrictions/quarantine issues. We cancelled more than a month in advance. When we booked there was a 25% cancellation fee, which is understandable during normal times. However, since we booked, new COVID quarantine issues have occurred all over the country. As vacation rental home owner ourselves, we understand the predicament that COVID-19 has caused in the industry and yet our property management company has offered full refunds or full credit for a future stay, so it is disheartening to see a company take advantage of this unfortunate

I was prompted to write a review after our recent stay with Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals; and I am happy to do so. We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale and the property was amazing. We were impressed with the management company from initial inquiry until checkout. Very responsive and professional. We were hesitant to travel during these uncertain times; so we made sure to review their cancellation policy prior to booking; and were OK with the terms. All worked out great! Thanks again

I have been photographing properties for Lattitude 8 for a number of years now. Every one of their properties is immaculately decorated, sparkling clean, and meticulously maintained. They do an amazing job creating an amazing, "resort style" vacation experience in each of their properties.

Prior to check-in, we contacted Wes (11/24 at 19:08) to notify him of our arrival to the rental property; we received no reply and therefore contacted him via phone call (11/28 at 16:12, 16:17, and 16:21). Wes finally answered our calls and requested that we send him identification. It was only until 11/27 at 17:37 on the day of check-in that we finally received the access code to enter the property.
Upon check-in, we noted that there was no welcome packet or basic house instructions, including guidance on how we could turn on the heat as it was noticeably cold immediately upon check-in. Wes responded

Wes put our clothes in the dumpster, and personally told us he had no problem doing so. He kept our cleaning deposit, and was extremely rude about his issues with us. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. I am a local guide that reviews all kinds of business...looking out for the hard working American people. I had to pick up my clothes from next to the dumpster, and my dirty clothes bag WAS in the dumpster. And all that was asked was to put them outside the door until we came back from dropping off a full load.
