We aim to provide compassionate, personalized, and revolutionary treatments that help our patients regain function by decreasing pain and improving strength and confidence. Our licensed therapists are trained in the newest, evidence-based techniques.
Manual physical therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with the hands as opposed to a device or machine. Focuses predominantly on disorders and injuries affecting the musculoskeletal system (bones, muscles, joints) and also on post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation. Sport specific rehabilitation focuses on treating injuries specific to you and/or your sport.
Back in the Game Physical Therapy accepts most insurances, including Medicare, private insurance, motor vehicle insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your particular insurance carrier. As a courtesy to our patients, we verify your outpatient physical therapy benefits with your insurance carrier prior to your first visit.
I had hip replacement 4/16/19. It was the most grueling surgery I've ever had. I had 3 discs replaced in my neck in 2015 in Charleston, SC and was sent to PT in Columbia, SC. The level of care and results at two of the places I tried was nothing compared to Back in the Game. As a matter of fact, they would just set me loose and watch t.v. or talk to each other the whole time I was there.
While our clinics are still open to serve the needs of our patients, we now also offer Telehealth physical therapy. Telehealth physical therapy is a way for our physical therapists to evaluate and treat your pain or musculoskeletal issue through a virtual appointment using your computer, tablet, or smart phone device.

The entire staff at BIG Therapy are fantastic. Brendon and the other therapists and their team members work with cohesiveness; they focus to help the patient feel better and seek positive results. I have gone to rehabilitate my knee, back, and hip over the years; they are professionals and it's a great place to seek improved health.

My overall experience has been excellent! The entire staff is friendly and very helpful at all times. The environment is positive and personal attention is always there.
