This is a community service announcement: This "Doctor" is completely out of her mind. I am not sure how she is still in practice. I highly recommend that anyone in the Deaf Community steer WAY clear of this person. She refuses to acknowledge the existence of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. I'm hope she has insurance to cover her practice because she is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

TL;DR: I waited just over 2 hours to see a doctor for 3 minutes. Dr. Schwartz is knowledgeable and polite, but her clinic is horrendously slow, she and her staff speed-run through their patient interactions to compensate, and no one gives you any time to ask questions.
I arrived early for my 10am appointment but didn't see the doctor until 11:45am. The staff at the front had me sign in on a clipboard 10 minutes after I walked in, then had me wait half an hour before handing me the sign-in paperwork and covid screen. My husband and I are both patients of Dr Schwartz. Because she is so experienced, she quickly diagnose and explain the problem and often shows us a pic of it in one of her reference books. Her assistant is very courteous and efficient; during telemedicine call, she set up the video call for Dr Schwartz and had to help us as well. Always a pleasant experience.

It's been more than 5years and the entire team have been constantly INCREDIBLE! I have since moved to Dallas but I still fly in to Houston to see Dr Miller. Thats how awesome she is. I love the fact that she treats everyone different. No guessing! I have too much confidence in her. Its been that way for years just because I continue to see results

First of all: I love when I call and get someone on the phone immediately; no recoding or exceptional hold/wait times. Thank you!
I've been trying to get in to see the doctor for about 4 months. Due to Covid, she was only doing virtual appointments. Since I am a new patient, I needed to see her in person. Each time I spoke with the Receptionist, she was clear and polite.
I finally saw Dr. Schwartz for the first time today. I like her! Very knowledgeable. Staff was great from the entrance to the exit. Dr. Schwartz was punctual for my appointment time, thorough and gentle (had to have something

Other than the wait time to be seen, I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Schwartz. Dr. Schwartz is a good diagnostician, and was able to explain my conditions and what the treatment would be. I appreciated that Dr. Schwartz was considerate of the cost of my prescriptions and made sure that I had prescriptions that my insurance would cover. Dr. Schwartz also gave me refills on my prescriptions so that I would not have to come back for a refill for a non-acute condition. I feel like Dr. Schwartz had my best interest at heart, and her desire is to give good medical care without working the system

Dr. Schwartz is very good at diagnostics. If you've seen a few docs and they can't figure out what you have, Dr. Schwartz is the doctor you need to see. Both my daughter and myself see her. But with that, I have to add that she (possibly due to her age) is somewhat absent-minded in regard to logistics of prescriptions and some admin stuff. Also, the office and staff can be a bit more caring. Usually, I get the diagnosis and double check everything myself to make sure things are done in the right order. A small price I pay for finding a good doctor.
