They are the best of the best!
I brought my car in to get looked at. They were very honest about what was wrong and didn't try to add any extra expenses! They told me I needed to get a recall and to get that done first before they did anything for my breaks because if I did my breaks first they would get ruined faster.
They are about helping the people rather than making money!

I brought my van to Liberty to get an unbiased 2nd opinion on a diagnosis received from a dealer outside of Jacksonville. I was told by said dealer that I needed a new transmission and other work totaling to about $7400 and they said it wasn't safe to drive because of the amount of rust underneath and everything was ready to fall out. My van was driven in Pennsylvania for 5 winters with harsh salt on the roads so the amount of rust is normal given my circumstances. Not only did Liberty not mention the rust being an issue, they accurately diagnosed and fixed my issue which was less than 10% of the

Let me tell you what I saw today. Two ladies came into Liberty Tire asking for a new tire. The guy at the desk listened to their problem and said “My recommendation is to let us inspect the tire. If we can repair it, we will. If it’s not repairable, then let’s talk about a new tire for your car.” He could have just given them what they asked for. Instead, he looked thru the revenue to see the people and their problem- and he gave them a good deal in the process. THIS is why I come here. I’m grateful for companies like this.

Due to the consistency of quality; the effortless customer service, the smiles and respect I give these guys 5 solid stars. The things listed here when put all together are the gold standard. I left out perhaps the most important characteristic and that is Honesty with a capital H. So if you want your car to be serviced, well by a bunch of great guys this would be that place.

I have gone to Liberty Tire for a few years now, and have always had excellent service. Today was above and beyond excellent service. I walked in close to closing, garage doors already shut, with my two children and something in my tire. Not only was I not turned away, I was worked in quickly and with care seeing the frustration I could have had if I to call cab home. My tire was fixed and we couldn't be happier to know there is a FANTASTIC mechanic shop in our town! Thank you so much!!!

These guys are great. I went in not knowing much about tires in general and had picked out some that were pretty expensive, going off what my car already had on it. The man I worked with told me I didn't need that kind of tire if I wasn't going off road or on the beach. He saved me alot of money. They are honest, helpful and had my car done pretty quickly. I got my tires, inspection and oil change for alot less than all the other places quoted me. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

I was a walk in with four tires needing to be mounted and balanced on my son's truck. Gentleman at the counter told me it was a busy day but he could put me into the line up. I agreed and he went through the series of questions. White letters out, balance weights on inside and lug locks removed. I gave the keys and had wife picked me up. Two hours later I got the call. Went to pick up and everything was perfect. Great service and great prices. Oh and the advice of the tire sizes was exactly what we wanted in look and ride height.- Thank you and this is exactly what my son wanted the old truck to

Came in for an oil change and the turn around was pretty quick.. But, it showed. How they return my car without the cap to the antifreeze container is beyond me. So not only do I NOT have a cap, but 75% of the antifreeze is gone. It's piss poor and since they waste NO time leaving when it's closing time, I have to wait until they get back tomorrow. Completely bogus.

They didnt deserve the one star i gave them. They way over charged me for parts that that are dold60 dollars a peice at auto zone. The cost for those parts were a199 dollars there.So i told then not to do anything eles that i needed after talking to my husband whom has worked in a garage and has witness companys like this screw there customers out of money. They way way over charge you. I would not go here. In fact the only other feamle customer that was there at the time had a 700 dollar bill as well.
