We are a family-run optometry practice. We strive to treat all our patients like family. We specialize in providing outstanding service. This means listening to our patients' unique needs and providing them with the best vision correction possible. You do not even need to be a Costco member to have your eye exam with us.
Just go to the front entrance at the Rohnert Park Costco and tell the Costco employee that you have an eye exam appointment. He or she will let you in and direct you to our optometry office inside. After your eye exam, you are free to take your eyeglass or contact lens prescription wherever you wish.

Services
Many patients believe that they need to go to an expensive medical or optometry practice to get great eye care. We believe that you deserve quality eye care and great service for a very reasonable price. We are inside Costco but we operate truly as an independent and family-run optometry practice. We love what we do and love our patients.
Doctor Dinh offers friendly, caring, and professional eye exams inside the Rohnert Park Costco. He opened his practice inside the Rohnert Park Costco when it first opened in 2002. Although he provides more than 3,000 eye exams a year, he prides himself in conducting each eye exam as if he was examining one of his family.
Our eye exam can be divided into many different parts and includes many different measurements. The different parts of the eye exam together give us a fuller picture of your eye vision status and your eye health status. With this information, we can best meet your eye care needs. Below is a summary of the different components of our eye exam in the order in which they are usually performed.
I had some concerns about my eyes and called to make an appointment with Dr. Dinh. I was able to get in that very day! Both Dr. Dinh and his assistant were friendly and professional. Dr. Dinh patiently listened to my concerns, did a very thorough exam, explained the results and answered all of my questions.
We only accept one vision insurance, VSP (Vision Service Plan), as an Out-of-Network provider. If you have VSP vision insurance, please call our office and we can verify whether your vision insurance is valid with us. In addition, We always give our patients eye exam receipts that they can submit to their outside insurance for reimbursement if they wish.

There should be a 0 Star option 1 Star is too many.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Dinh for the last five years. He’s always taken issue with my use of contacts. Yet - for the last 5 years he renews my rx each time. But this time, two days before leaving the country for vacation and having no back up pairs of lenses, Dr. Dinh felt this was the proper time to stage an intervention on my use of contacts. He refused to renew my rx and literally ordered me to go get overnight glasses. He specifically said, forcefully “ you’re going to drive up to Santa Rosa and get overnight glasses right now!” Obviously
