Enjoy living here, been here for awhile and haven't had any issues although its been different since Covid has started. always been treated great and have great neighbors though so no worries.

Maintenance is absolutely terrible here. I went without hot water for an entire month. My dishwasher has now been out for over a week and my fridge is either going to explode or take off with the sounds it makes. Manager is nice if you can ever get a hold of her.

Don't move here. Charged an extra month of rent after lease was up. Then said "we have no way to refund payments." Although the system has previously double charged and they were able to refund that.... Do not recommend.

Nice but could be better. Maintenance is horrible trash is a issue but the manager is a nice lady.🤷🏾‍♀️ Only been here for a month so hopefully it will get better.. who knows 😕

It's a quiet place that is pet friendly. Didn't see many people out and about but it was very hot. The grounds are nicely kept and neat. All in all, it was a beautiful little spot to dwell.

I love the location and apartment itself but I have had maintenance request going on for 2 years now. I have no usable kitchen cabinets and haven't since I moved in. I constantly leave messages and send emails with no return calls. I haven't had working smoke detectors in a month and have called 5 times about it. Apartments are nice but management and maintenance are absolutely terrible!
