Im new to riding bikes as an adult. Within a week of riding my bike around, my rear derailleur just breaks on me, mid ride. I know nothing about repairs or maintenance so I opt to find a local shop instead of sending the bike back to the manufacturer. A day after I broke, I drop it off at the Natomas Bike Shop. They don't have the part I required and an order will need to be placed. A week... they said. I'm obviously disappointed as I'm really enjoying my rides. Instead of just brushing past me and taking my bike, they continued to search the store for what I needed, not even certain

They know their stuff! We recently decided to use an old bike that has been sitting in the garage for ages. We brought it to Natomas Bike Shop and they cleaned it up for us. After new tires and a few replacement parts, it was almost good as new! It still has the original bike chain, which sticks a little bit (we haven't been biking since the recent poor air quality anyway) but overall I'm happy that I brought it here.

If you have an old bike sitting in the garage and you're not too interested in fixing it by yourself, consider bringing it here to get it fixed/ cleaned up.

I went to 4 different bikes shops in the Sacramento area looking for a bike for my lady. I got the worst service from everyone else. I came here and was greeted and helped right away and we found a great bike for her. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very helpful very honest

Very friendly little neighborhood bike shop. I brought my bike in for a tuneup and they inspected it for free. Turns out it only needed a little bit of WD-40 and tightening up the brakes. Will definitely be back if I need further service or equipment.

This bike shop has the best costumer service hands down in the greater Sacramento area.
I was referred by a friend in my triathlon group.
So, 1 day prior to my Tri For Real race I dropped in without an appointment with broken handle bars, needing gear adjustments and tire replacement.
They fit me right in and took care of everything. This price was fantastic and they were beyond friendly.
I would give this shop 5 stars.

Awesome small business. Got my bike here a while back, and it’s working like a champ! Good to see places like this open. If you buy your bike there, they offer free tune-ups which is cool. Chill environment. Gives off the vibe of an old school skate shop. Definitely a place to check out!

Terrible, if you want your bike messed up and even more broken go here I had a simple tube change a tune up and the call me and said,”we tuned up the bike but we pinched the tube”. Keep in mind I bought the tube but they just patched it so they basically didn’t nothing and they just charged me for the tune up but when I rode the bike again the tire popped and the chain was falling off every 30 seconds. DONT GO HERE!!!!!

I took my single speed beach cruiser into the shop June of 2020 (a very busy month for them) to get my crank reinstalled along with a new chain. The shop told me it would take about a month to get done. had no problem waiting and in total paid close to $60 upon "completion." Fast forward to 2021 when Ive decided to take the bike apart to polish and clean it and I was appalled to see that their was no grease on my crank bearings and to top that off one of the bearings was missing some of the balls. The shop must've assumed I'd never take the bike apart and went ahead and sent

We bring our bike in. They take it all apart. When we come to get it, it is still apart and said it is not going to be done til Friday. They call me back saying that it is ready and we come back and parts are hanging by zip ties and the lights do not work! Mike is giving attitude and James left for a "break" and we are wasting more time. Now we are out money as they will not pay us for ruining our bike!!

I had a bit of trouble when I changed a tire tube, went in this shop and it was something simple. They showed me and fixed it at no charge. They have a great selection of bikes and parts and staff is super helpful.

Friendly, fair pricing and fast service! Great local neighborhood shop! Went In to get a bike serviced and they went above and beyond, I ended up buying other accessories!

These guys have helped me with my mountain and road bike. Awesome service and the prices for repairs and tune ups, rebuilds I'd fantastic. Lots of expert advice. Even showed me how to do some technical maintenance on my own.

I stopped in to re-index my bike gears and thought I'd have to leave it there for a couple days, however the tech behind the counter had the gears perfectly indexed within just a few short minutes and for a very good price. I was back on the road within 10 minutes. Superb and highly professional service.

I called these guys to speak to them about bike availability. The individual I spoke to (I believe, John is his name) was super nice and very knowledgeable. He was patient in answering all my questions. I wish these folks were nearby (I live in Berkeley), I'd be there for tune-ups and services all the time. Very friendly staff is always great to have (many bike stores have personnel that make you feel stupid). Not this place. I highly recommend.

This is an honest, roll up your sleeves, neighborhood bike repair shop like I once knew in my youth (1950s & 60s). I called first for a maintenance check and was told to bring my bike in for an assessment. The shop is a good size, no frills place with a variety of refurbished bikes, vintage bike parts hanging from the ceiling, and tools and accessories. I was quickly waited on. The mechanic hung my bike on his rack and spent about 10 minutes assessing everything. He said everything looked good. He cleaned the chain and added a little oil and said no charge. I was able to watch his work

One of my favorite Bike Shops in the Sacramento area. Really helpful staff and it still has that feeling of a mom and pop shop. Prices are not marked up and are fair. Only limiting 5 stars is they are a bit limited on parts/supplies and not a big selection of new bikes for sale but a decent amount of used.

This store deserves 0 stars. They did not fix my bicycle and over charged me and lied about the issue. These reviews are fake. I am never going back here. I have many bikes and there are far better mechanics than these liars who told me lie after lie. The front wheel does not spin now and i took it to a different shop to get it fixed. Stay away.

I don't live by whatsoever, but because we were in the area, we'd thought we give it a shot based on their high yelp ratings.

Yelp says they close at 6pm. Stopped by at 5pm and as soon as I open the door and step inside, he said "We're closing at 5pm, what questions do you have?" No greeting whatsoever. Told him I wanted to purchase a bike. He asks me what kind of bike and what size. I told him I don't know (that's why I'm here, I need assistance with purchasing the right bike for me. They’re busy, but you can tell that they care about their guests. I was only stopping by to replace my uncomfortable seat, and the gentlemen took the time to ensure I was educated. He explained the best riding positions, and recommend a saddle as a solution to my needs speaking to the benefits. Great brief experience, but will return for additional needs.

Brought in my hybrid bike a couple weeks back for some disk brake issues and gear issues. The brake was replaced at a the price they quoted and the gears work great now. Super pleased with the professional service and that they gave me options on costs! Nice job guys!

I am very disappointed on how I was treated at this bike shop. I understand things are a bit chaotic and crazy for everyone with Covid-19, but come on have some compassion. Not sure if the owner or Manager, but this guy was totally rude and very unfriendly. I only went to this bike shop because it is the only one in Natomas so it was out of convenience. I would never ever recommend this place, go somewhere else even if you have a drive more. I have never been thanked for shopping there when I dropped off my bikes and the last time was the last straw when the guy was very short with me an rude,

I bought a bike from here. Personal was nice. They made sure it was my size. They let you test the bike before buying. They recommend if you need anything extra for the bike. I also get free maintenance for life; only for the bike I bought. I still need to pay for parts. I also got a free water bottle holder. They were kind enough to install the holder into my bike.
